As a recent graduate of WVJC, I could not imagine getting through without the support and encouragement I recieved. When I enrolled, I was a full-time wife/mom, I had a full-time job and needed a school that was flexible. That is exactly what I found in WVJC Online. I was able to successfully manage my time to accomodate every aspect of my life to better my future for me and my family. The staff and faculty was always very helpful and supportive. They helped motivate me during those times I felt as if I bit off more than I could chew. Even up until the day I walked across the stage to recieve my degree they never gave up on me! One of the worst experiences of my life.

It does not bode well that the school employs instructors who tell a class on camera they’re “fing idiots.” A psych instructor who called the mentally ill crazy, and administrators who just ignore calls and emails. Clarksburg News Station is actually interested in hearing students experiences because they’ve only been met with responses like this. Perfunctory statements that are not aimed at actually helping or making a problem better.

And no, students are not informed of services. The ones that did ask for tutors went ignored and they failed. Save your money. It is for profit and nothing more.

Look at staff, instructor and faculty turn over, it’s through the roof! Some leaving mid quarter and clinicals because of the problems.

As I am finishing up with my last two weeks of classes to obtain a degree in Business Administration, I look back and realize that I could not have accomplished this without attending WVJC Online.
