Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Morrilton

This location alone has almost ruined the Dominos brand as a whole for me and a couple other people I know. 1 time I’ve had a good experience and all the other times have been different people than the single good experience I have had. They almost never answer the phone, despite being on hold 15+ minutes and even when they do they lie to you about the status of your order. One time on a delivery order they told me 20 more minutes after it had already been a hour (the estimated time was 25 min maximum). And after 30 minutes I drove up to the store and they hadn’t even started making my order. And even after getting my order the food was still incorrect. The crew members claim to be managers when they in fact have no such authority, they just want you to show them some level of “respect” when they can’t even provide proper customer service with respect and compassion. I’ve worked in food service and customer service at the manager/supervisor level for over a decade and this is just a sorry excuse of a pizza franchise where nobody cares. I ordered my food and it showed 24 minutes for pick up or 65 minutes for delievery. I placed order and went to get the order a little bit later. Arrived and was told 25 more minutes before it was going to be started. Waited and then was told another 3 was in front of me and another 25 minutes. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was there only a shift leader. The shift leader said there wasn't nothing they could do because they had 5 people, which was a lie there was 7 employees and some of those just standing around. When speaking to shift leader he said 5 names was in front of mine so they couldn't even give me a correct time frame. This is a reoccurring thing for me when ordering from dominos. Ordered a pizza, 2 pasta orders, an order of brownies & a 2 liter Diet Coke & a 2 liter Dr Pepper. I used the app that had my son & my info. . First the app was not working correctly the driver told me when she delivered. . We were suppose to get a free pizza & it wouldn't let me. We waited for an hour or more for the order. They didn't have my son's Dr Pepper. The driver said they were out of everything. She did bring a diet Dr Pepper in case he would take that because they were out of regular Cokes also. The order was so cold the pizza was tough & the brownies hard as a rock. The pasta was so cold the chicken was like it had been in the ice box..
