Worked here when they first opened. Helped them open and after a month or so got fired without actually getting fired. Had to call in one morning because I had gotten bronchitis and felt like bricks were sitting on my chest. Later on that day got a message from the scheduling saying “you have nothing scheduled for the week” so I proceeded to message Casey McKinney the general manager asking why I wasn’t on the schedule. Never got an answer so I tried to call multiple times never got an answered proceeded to message a few more times and no answer. Then message Kaitlin Justice the assistant manger on FACEBOOK so I seen that she seen my messages, NEVER got an answer. Processed to message the both of them multiples days after and got blocked by Casey McKinney the general manger. How professional is that? Not only did they act unprofessional, Casey is weird with his female employees. If you didn’t kiss butt and fed into his weirdness he showed no appreciation or anything like that. He also couldn’t hold a professional conversation with me, couldn’t look me in the eye had to walk away and talk to as I was trying to talk with him. He shows favoritism to the females especially if you’re young and attractive. Wouldn’t ever recommend working there nor will I ever eat a bite of anything that comes from the store. He makes the employees cut 10+ boxes of potato’s and then sits the fries in boxes if you run out of space in the racks they are put into the floor. Very poor...
Read moreWe went to check this place out because I've enjoyed their wings at other locations and felt welcomed and relaxed...
This place was neither, (Obviously they do mostly door dash or whatever, because we were greeted with, "name on the delivery".)
After explaining we were there to eat, it almost seemed to anger the cashier.
i felt like i was angering the staff by spending 5 seconds deciding what flavor i wanted and how many. it was so Awkward and Unwelcoming that we decided to get our order to go, and drive 15 minutes home to eat.
The Whole layout is kinda weird. because where you enter the building, there is a menu board with options, varieties, and flavors listed, but it is like 12ft in the air, 4ft from the door. below it, just past the register, you can see straight down the cook line, and i could see (by standing at the register,) Alot.... pretty sure there were wings being taken from a box, which was laying on the floor, by a cook that was NOT wearing gloves. but that's where my health concerns rant will cease.
As for the Restaurant itself, they only have like 8 or 10 tables (I think, if they have that many) and almost all are 2-tops and most of them are lining the hallway to the bathroom)
The wings were just ok. mine were only half tossed and just ok.
WE WILL...
Read moreSo here's the scoop on this place. I would review it a zero if I were able to.
I ordered online and thought it would be someone from Wingstop delivering my order and not Door dash. The online ordering option leads you to believe its in house delivery. My order was supposed to be delivered at 5:27PM and ended up showing up to my house at damn near 6 PM.
When I called the store about my cold food, some idiot named Paige answered the phone, put me on hold immediately and hung up. Then I called back and she was very rude and put me on hold again. After waiting several minutes, Paige got back on the phone and I told her what happened. She said, and I quote, " when we go through a 3rd party, that just happens". no I'm sorry, no remorse, no action to make it right, just that statement and nothing more.
What that said, I wont be back Paige. Also Paige from Wingstop, if you're that unhappy with your job, find something else to do because your customer service is horrible at best.
Also, don't pre tip. If you do you may end up like us and tipping a dasher for nasty, cold food.
Lastly, I have been to several Wingstops across America and its always been good food and service. I guess here in Morristown, its just...
