Flamin Kickin Chicken — Restaurant in Morrisville

This was a very horrible experience that got me physically sick to my stomach.. can't put my finger on exactly what's the deal with the cook at this place. I showed up like 10:00 p.m. at night and the place was empty I thought it was just a slow night but now after my experience I see why.. I ordered a dozen of fried shrimp and a small order of potato wedges... I never got a chance to see the food before I left the store because the cook bagged up my containers in the kitchen behind the counter.. long behold I get home and open up the containers.. the shrimp and the potatoes was drenched old recycled cooking oil.. the shrimps were real Brown and the potatoes were real soggy... This guy don't change oil regularly and as a result I got sick to my stomach instantly.. the shrimps are not fresh.. neither are the potatoes... I've always wondered when I rode by that restaurant why it was always empty.. but the lights seem to stay on.. I don't think this guy gets much if not any business during regular hours so he preys on people that eats late night.. can you put my container in the bag and tie it real tight so I wouldn't notice anything till I was home.. I wouldn't recommend not one person.. not my worst enemy to eat out of this place.. it's very dreary and dim in their and it's always just one guy running the whole show .. every restaurant needs customers to generate currency to purchase fresh products... This place is always empty but seems to stay stocked .. something's fishy about that.. save...

I gave these stars because their food is rlly good I hate to give them a two and today should have been a one. I ordered 3 cheesesteaks and cheese fries. All three of my cheeseteaks came without ketchup which I literally asked for 2 plain with ketchup and 1 hoagie with ketchup (not to mention the customer service was so superb last time that I don’t want today to be different however the first time I ordered here the SAME THING HAPPENED… NO KETCHUP ON NOTHING!!! and my cheese fries didnt have cheese this time. Luckily I had both condiments at home. (What if I didnt?) However my total came to 43$ which was beyond me because honestly wth did I order?! Anyways I got home and I opened my food which also came with wings that I did NOT order .. (I ordered tenders) so that explains why I paid so much because it couldn’t have been the cheese-less fries. Whatever tho. The food is great and I honestly don’t want to complain about it but at the end of the day HE NEEDS HELP IN THERE. I love this place yet I was disappointed today. Might be a while before I return but yet again food is still good so I guess it’s not all bad maybe just have to order in person because im not satisfied with what is remembered. I feel like I got hype for nothing. I’ll give it a try in a few months maybe. For now.. a DEFINITE NO UNLESS MY ORDER IS...

Saw on Doordash and decided to try. Glad I did. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and mashed potatoes with gravy. Chicken tasted like homemade fried chicken. Lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. Mashed potatoes tasted like KFC. (Which I actually think is a good thing since I don't have KFC near me anymore) I was craving mac and cheese, but decided not to order based upon pictures and bad reviews. Hopefully someday they'll make a homemade mac and cheese as good as their chicken.

UPDATE... Just wanted to let y'all know that I haven't ordered anything from you in over a year. The reason is because of the $4.00 delivery fee that you have been charging on Doordash. I'm already paying higher prices and fees by using Doordash. You shouldn't be tacking on another fee. I ONLY order from restaurants that don't charge a delivery fee. (Which there are...
