I had the most comical experience. Everyone in line was confused about how to order and where to sit. Once I ordered my sandwich and sat down, a worker said I could not sit there because I was taking up a seat at their bar. I looked to my left and right, and thought she was joking. I was literally the only one at the bar at 8am in the morning. To top it off, she had a manager come tell me the same thing. She said, “that’s why we ask you if this is to go or not when you ordered.“ I kindly said no one asked me, to which she replied, I was over there and I heard him ask you.

We ordered the balsamic chicken sandwich and somehow they managed to de-flavor the chicken, the bread, and the cheese. There was one spot of balsamic on the sandwich. There was one single shred of red pepper that fell out onto the floor when I opened the bag. We split the sandwich and each dumped one full salt packet on our halves- that made it a little more bearable. The chips were partially crispy but mostly soft, like when you make boxed scalloped potatoes and it starts to get soft enough to chew through. Surprisingly, this was the best part of the meal. Never waste your money here. Waited for a minute or two until the 'cooks' finished talking to each other before they addressed me. I ordered a sandwich and received two toasted halves of ciabatta with one or two ingredients on it. No cheese that belonged on the sandwich, one piece of onion and one piece of red pepper. Not one slice, ONE PIECE. These people think that because they're in the airport they can give customers crappy food, charge an arm and a leg and get away with it.
