In trying a new location, I keep an open mind. The location can be difficult to get to and leave due to construction on Airport Road. Parking lot and restaurant is up a small hill. Parking was not full but getting busy. I was alone and went in. Seated immediately, and I knew what I wanted. Table salsa was ok, but it had too much black pepper for me. I like more tomato and little to no black pepper. I ordered Chili Verde with pork, and it arrived fast. There were several large tables for lunch that took up a lot of time for staff. The pork was delish, and the salsa verde not bad. Rice and beans were not hot. They had a spicy salsa that was good but was very thin. I was disappointed in service but I was only one person there were many large parties. Overall, It's still a good place to eat and the decor was nice and it seemed recently renovated.

I ordered a big to-go order for my family and I. When I picked it everyone was nice and assisted me. But found a small cockroach in my rice. I called the restaurant to let them know and they didn’t seem to believe me. I sent a picture and even then they said they could only refund me for half of the one item. We had to throw our food out as we were all pretty grossed out and had to spend more money somewhere else. There was no follow up on their part as you would expect with something like this. We eat out often and my family lives close enough that they had recommended the place a couple of times but never again. If you don’t like roaches then I definitely don’t recommend.

I had a surprising good time here. Walked in seemed pretty dead Inside, but I was attended very quickly. They brought chips and salsa while looking over the menu. Lots of options which is great. I ask the server what he recommended or what was popular and he recommended the tejanas fajitas. Had chicken, steak, and shrimp. They came out how and sizzling. Good portions for sure. I must of been hungry or they where really good because I ate them all. I would recommend to check the place out give it a try and it’s very authentic Mexican food. So that’s a plus.

Food was very bland, frozen margarita was not good, and water had black particles floating in it. Service was okay. Please read other reviews to further verify the mediocre service and poor quality of food.

Repost to respond to manager:

My plate was empty, because I put the food in a to-go box to give to someone in my household instead of wasting it. My to-go box was full, however. My server Andres, could see that the food had barely been touched. The margarita only had one sip taken out of it.

**Serving 101: if a customer barely touches their food or beverage, the next approach would be to be proactive and address why said item was not touched.

When you asked was the food okay, I responded, "Meh, it was okay". I don't really know what else "meh" could indicate.

I did let my server, Andres, know that black particles were floating in the water, and he immediately changed out my water. There is a deeper issue though, the taps ARE NOT being cleaned properly.

I decided to just pay for what I ordered and leave a 20% tip to avoid confrontation, because the environment was not welcoming, and it was evident that if a basic dish and drink could be messed up, then the other food is more than likely the same...

Awesome Mexican cuisine restaurant that’s just a stones throw away from the airport and local hotels. I came here for dinner since the hotel staff at the Hampton Inn recommended it as the best place to get a filling meal. Upon entering, I was seated right away. The first thing that I noticed was how expansive the menu was. I spent 15 minutes being indecisive because there were some many combo entree’s to choose from. It was also a relief to see that there were many vegetarian options. I settled on the shrimp quesadilla that came with a side of rice, guacamole and salad. The food came out super quick and searing hot. My quesadilla was packed with decent-sized shrimp and the portion was perfect since I was able to finish my meal. This restaurant is great for dining alone, with family, or a large party. The outdoor seating can accommodate at least 15 comfortably. I didn’t order any drinks but from what I could see, other guest were enjoying the margaritas. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who is local to the area and looking for a filling, delicious meal. Bring friends and a huge appetite to get the full experience. I can’t wait to return the next time I’m...

Worst place to visit. Not here to talk about the food but the way you treat your customers. Been there once, ordered chicken burrito but that came with steak instead of chicken. Had to drive back to return n reorder something else, the lady at the front desk apologized and gave me a card that said free lunch or dinner for my next visit. Then comes the fun part, I wanted to order something for the take-out (couple of weeks later), stepped-in and showed the card the lady gave, the guys at the service gave me a weird look.. Told him that I wanna order chicken fajitas, he refused to take the order and told me that I can only order one combo that's lower in cost and not fajitas or else should come back when the lady is present later. I returned the "free lunch / dinner card" and simply walked out. Did I ask you guys for the free lunch at the first place? I mean don't just try to be nice when you can't... You aren't serving homeless people, you run a business, so be mindful. Would never return again and will...
