I’ve always thought of Valentine’s Day as a time to experience something special, but nothing could’ve prepared me for the sheer romantic magic that was Waffle House on February 14th. Forget overpriced roses or candlelit dinners at posh restaurants where you’re expected to wear pants that don’t involve elastic waistbands. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the most romantic ambiance I’ve ever encountered. The familiar glow of neon lights cast a soft, almost ethereal hue over the diner, and the sound of sizzling bacon played like a love song. There were heart-shaped balloons floating in the air like Cupid had personally hand-picked them, and the booths were adorned with little red and white streamers, as if Waffle House had somehow turned into a Parisian café overnight. But, honestly, it was better than Paris. It was Waffle House on Valentine’s Day – and that’s where magic happens. And let’s not forget the live musical entertainment. That’s right—Waffle House brought out a jukebox of classic love songs, while the grill station crew serenaded us with sizzling sounds that could only be described as symphonic. My date and I couldn’t help but tap our feet in sync to the rhythmic clatter of utensils, as the love of waffles brought us closer together. By the time the night ended, my heart was full—not just with waffles, but with an overwhelming sense of joy. Waffle House didn’t just serve us a meal; they served us an experience. The love in the air was palpable, and it was clear to me: there is no better place to celebrate true love than with a side of hashbrowns, smothered and covered.

I have always been a casual diner at Waffle House, never really thinking much of the experience beyond grabbing a quick and affordable meal. However, my recent visit to the Waffle House on Airport Blvd in Morrisville completely changed my perspective. The service I received from Treasure was exceptional and truly made me feel like I was dining at a high-end restaurant. From the moment I walked in, Treasure greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. She took the time to answer any questions I had about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Not only was Treasure a standout employee, but she also made the overall atmosphere of the restaurant more pleasant. Her positive attitude and genuine care for the customers truly made a difference in my dining experience. If Waffle House could replicate the level of service that Treasure provided, I have no doubt that their reputation would soar. Treasure's exceptional service has completely changed my perception of Waffle House, and I will definitely be returning thanks to her outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Treasure, for making my visit truly memorable.

This was the second time I had been to this establishment. The food was good both times and the servers friendly however not clean. The place was disgusting both times. When I arrived there this morning their was one customer and 2 employees. So they was not overwhelmed with work. I will admit I showed up at this location at 05:30 am but the last time i arrived around 08:30 on a Saturday same thing. I was going to post a picture but I thought that might be to far. If you looked over the counter there was food and soap water all over the floor both times and nobody cleaning up. Egg shells on the counter no customers. How long have they been there and a pile of dirty pans. Not to mention a spray bottle just laying on the ground right in the middle of the floor and nobody willing to pick it up. I just hope they washed the dish I was using but I wouldn’t bet on it. For a business in a great location I would have expected more.

Employees told me the new policy is that “To Go” orders may only be done on the APP. Sucks if you don’t use the internet like that. Sucks when you want a MENU OPTION THAT WAS NOT ADDED TO THE APP. So you decline to serve customers a to go plate if they’re lifestyle doesn’t acquiesce to a culture of online shopping. And if you conform, you are inconvenienced because you can’t order what you want on the app in the first place! And you favor locations near highways and off of interstates… meaning crowds that are just passing through on the way to the next city or state… meaning they need TO GO. This is dumb.

Please release the employees to have common sense practices… encourage the App, but Do Not Decline To Serve To Go Orders. This is regardless of if the app was used. ESPECIALLY if what the customer wants is not even on the App.

I want the Omlette. I frequently work out of town and even overnight. I don’t get to have that the way I like when I’m traveling. Now you’ve made it hard. Unnecessarily hard and inconvenient. Add the Omelette to the menu and allow customers to opt out of using the app. I’d be happy to use it, but you don’t have what I want and I don’t have time to sit inside and be served in slow motion.

Accommodate your customers without hassling them please. Is that too much to ask? Now I have to go somewhere else to get what I...

Excellent service, friendly waitress makes for a good start to a day after good breakfast.

Visiting area from East coast, our former "stumping grounds" prior to relocating.

Never been to this restaurant but, Phoenix has been our city of choice when we first relocated to El Mirage in 2008.

Food served hot and just right, nothing to fuss about. Came hungry, left full. Stayed full nearly all day.

Returned next morning, O-700 hour breakfast...hmmm good.

UPDATE, 01-01-2023:

SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE...

Just returned from Christmas vacation to Hawaii. Quick bite to eat after 16 hour day before heading home.

Saw 2 customers this evening. Walked in and saw food stuff all over the floor and staff VERY noisy with clanking dishes and rattling silverware.

VERY noisy and annoying. Staff showed some attitude, no smiles, just an attitude as if they're upset that we were there and have to serve us?

We ordered Angus bacon cheese burgers with fries, plus diet coke.

We got the burgers but, not the fries...got hash browns instead.

Bejng that they were doing us a favor by serving us, we opted to not complain and enjoy what we didn't order.

Greasy hash browns but, we were hungry.

We are not recommending or returning to THIS...
