My wife and I stopped in at 9:15pm. on a Friday. We had been on the road all day, so by the time we could stop and eat, it was pretty late. The hostess was sweeping the floor when we came in, so we had to go and let her know we were there. I'm not at all upset about that because the place had only 3 tables occupied and it was late. Plus, she was working hard instead of standing around, so kudos to her. She sat us at a table, gave us menus, and took our drink order. My wife had a cocktail, and I had a Yuengling draft. While waiting for our drinks, she delivered some rolls and butter. My beer arrived 1st. it had no head and was chilled but not cold. This probably meant their system was not as cold as it should be. Knowing that I was a bit tired and hungry, I didn't want to overreact, so I didn't say anything about the beer. My wife's cocktail arrived about 10 minutes later. It was good and she enjoyed it. When our food arrived, which took about 20 minutes, it was not what we were hoping for. I had ordered a medium rare Is 15 oz ribeye with broccoli and asparagus. What arrived was a well-done steak that was about a quarter of an inch thick. Though the steak was a disaster, the vegetables were good and not overly cooked. It took a bit for the waitress to come back around she must have been working in another part of the restaurant, and by this time, I think we were the only people there. When I did see her, I showed her my stake and reminded her I had ordered medium rare. She had me take the steak and put it onto another plate, then give that plate with a steak to her. She did not simply take my plate. That was pretty weird to me. My wife just had the Boo. Boom shrimp appetizer and, like her cocktail, it was good. I can not recall the name, but it was something like Toto's Iced Tea.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We started out with a couple of appetizers fried pickles and chicken quesadilla. When our waitress brought them out and it was fried pickles and chips and queso. The waitress admits she took someone else’s food and went back and got the kitchen staffs to make our quesadilla. While placing our order, I ordered chicken fried chicken and for my sides I said loaded potato soap and stemmed broccoli and my wife order fried shrimp. When our order came out I received a loaded bake potato not soup. Approximately half way through her meal my wife noticed a hair on her plate swirled into the sauce on her plate. It was brought to the mangers attention and she explained everyone in the kitchen wear hats (later observed to just be ball caps did not look like anyone wearing a hair net) she did remove my wife’s meal from the bill. When using the men’s bathroom I was washing my hands and went to use the papertowel machines and just get a blinking yellow light and noticed the papertowel roll on the sink. Will never visit this establishment or anyone other locations.

I was happy to learn this location has reopened not too long ago. We used to visit about once a month before covid came along. It's got a nice new paint job on the outside, although it's very clean inside, it could use a bit of an upgrade. My spouse and I each just enjoyed a 10 oz ribeye steak dinner. They have the same menu whether you come for lunch or dinner. It comes with choice of a side and a salad, or in our case we choose two sides and skipped the salads. We also received a basket of six rolls shortly after our drinks arrived. The steaks were cooked perfectly to order, were very tender, and delicious. My baked potato was a little overdone, but my spouse enjoyed her mashed potatoes and southern style green beans. Since we could only finish half our dinners and packed them up for leftovers, we shared a decedent dessert. Our waitress, Deborah, was delightful. She was always available to check on us for refills, etc. Overall a great experience. We'll definitely be back.

Came in Sunday with my husband. No one was there to greet us for almost 7 minutes. Once we were seated, we waited another 10 minutes before a server from another area asked if we had been helped. Another person came out 3 minutes later whom we've later become to know was the manager. After she took our drink orders, our real waiter brought the drinks immediately. I watched as he wrote down our meal orders. The appetizer came out incorrect, but he began to tell me that chili was $2 extra. When he back with our order, he brought the rest of the appetizer. My steak was prepared incorrectly. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he was frustrated that I mentioned that my order was incorrect yet again. He took my food and told me that I would receive new food. However, when the manager came out with my food, I noticed that the only thing new was my cold baked potato. She asked how things were. I proceeded to tell her that our experience had not been great. She proceeded to blame the waitstaff. However, the entire staff that waited on us need to be restrained including the manager. She did take off $15, but I would never go back to the Airport location in...

I have never written a negative experience until now. We were out of town people staying at a nearby hotel. There was a party of 6 and our waiter never wrote down our order. He was apparently going to just remember it. There was not one of us who got the right order. One was served a steak with no potato and told it would be another 20 min for the potato! I ordered well-done beef tips that were very rare. The meat was stringy, and I just could not eat it. Another's salad was brought out as a side salad. She told our waiter, no, she ordered a full ceasar with chicken. He took her salad and replaced it with chicken and charged her for both! We showed him where the bill was wrong. He said he would have to take it to his manager because that's how it was on the menu. He left and 12 min. Later, he came back and handed them the bill, saying this should be more affordable. Not even a sorry for all the messed up orders. The only positive is the fried okra came out fresh and hot.... only because he forgot it and had to reorder. We didn't get mad but had to laugh at the complete chaos. I would not recommend...
