Honestly the worst customer service experience Iāve ever had. Not just at a Starbucks but anywhere. I asked for a tall green tea and was given an iced green tea. No big deal, Iāll even take the blame for that - maybe I shouldāve said hot. But the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me, scoffed, and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience she had ever dealt with in her life. She then tries to charge me 2 bucks more for a hot tea - this isnāt my first time at Starbucks, I know thatās not right, so I said forget it Iāll just drink the iced tea. Then she turns around and hands me a matcha latte which I never asked for (I canāt have dairy) so again I tell her Iāll just drink the iced tea. Before I placed my order, I asked the cashier if they were backed up on food orders because I noticed there were a lot of abandoned orders at the pickup counter. She proceeded to ask the employee who was making the food, and she responded, āNo. People are just being inpatient,ā which is what informed my decision to order a sandwich. I then waited 20 minutes before finally giving up and abandoning my order because I didnāt want to miss my flight.
