Where do I even begin?!? I will forever recommend Redrock to anyone wanting to host an event or have their wedding here. Bill and Kristie and their staff are amazing! We had our daughters ceremony and wedding here. It was absolutely perfect and beautiful from planning to end of our night. We had ample time to decorate. Bill was super flexible, a great communicator, and well organized. We chose the chicken casserole and brisket for our meal and they were both amazing but my personal favorite was the brisket.
