The manager there decided to go by the words of the employee and Vans people if they are carrying conversations with the employees and the employee feels that the person is being racial or discriminative the manager will ban people from going there instead of talking with the customer to find out what the real situation is. Customers are expendable not the employees and the employees are in high school so the manager will believe what the employees say and doesn't care to find out and talk with the customer about the conversation. And the manager there at the Dutch Brothers Coffee stand in Moses Lake will ban a person for life because she would rather have the employees then the customers. I will never go there again and I would recommend other people not going there and if they do decide to go there I would recommend people not carrying all conversations with any of the employees at Dutch Brothers including the manager. I also heard when requesting to talk to the owner of the Dutch Brothers Stand the manager will not allow it. It looks to me that if you're carrying on a conversation out of the blue an employee can take it anywhere they want and say that you're being racist or discriminative and the manager is fine with getting only one side of a story. Bottom line stay away from Dutch Brothers...
Read moreThis was a very frustrating experience. So order ahead is a LIE. Why lie is what I want to know? Just don’t offer it. I did this for the first time running a bit late to work but the timing would have been perfect. Well lo and behold they don’t even make your drink. You have to reorder it with the person taking orders in the drive through. So I did that then I get to the window and they still didn’t have my drink made. So I sat there watching them make it. The girl I talked to about my frustration was really nice and explained that they can’t truly offer this service yet because of the layout of the store. And they also can’t add the pick up window to make it easier because there aren’t 5 available parking spots for cars. So back to my original question why lie? It makes zero sense. Starbucks is way better at this. The girl also said that order ahead drinks were sitting for a while before they were picked up and Dutch bros wanted them fresh for the customer. I honestly DONT CARE if my drink has been sitting for a few minutes. I’d rather have that than have to wait for a drink that won’t even be ready at the time they offered. I do it all the time at Starbucks. I run into a Starbucks store and grab my drink zero hassle. Just don’t offer something you good well know you can’t follow through on...
Read moreOur local Dutch bros is like an oasis in the desert (almost literally). 🌴 They are always friendly, quick with the service, and very happy to accommodate special orders! I like to swap out the usual milk and try oat and almond milks with various syrup flavor combinations (trust me it makes a difference), and I am a HUGE FAN of their sugar free syrup selection! 💖💖💖 Truly amazing, they put Starbucks and their SINGLE sugar free option to shame.
The line can get long but they work quickly to make sure you aren’t waiting around too long, and no matter the weather one of the poor broistas is outside with the tablet and card reader, walking the line to take your order. 🚙🌦️
Definitely stop by and try a sugar free almond milk flapjack or sugar free oat milk snickerdoodle iced coffee. Extra tip, ask for less ice too. 😉 And toss a coin to your broista, they...
