Crisp Salad Co. — Local services in Moses Lake

If you like to use Door Dash for your salad delivery, I'd suggest not ordering here. They left Door Dash orders till the very last minute they were due out. I'd use Michaels Market and Bistro 2 blocks down Broadway as they put your order in the same priority as the walk ins. I watched them go from #51 to #74 in walkups plus 6 other To Go online orders before they would prepare the food for the order I was to deliver. They should have made the order in the progression of when it was received. As a dasher, this 25 mins wait lost me 2 other delivery possibilities. I serve my customers asap, and would expect since I'm assisting this operation sell its products, they'd assist me by being more responsive. All they would say is "We have until 12:25 to make that order." and passed it over till 12:23. That was at 12:10 when I asked. I hope the management reads...

Crisp, Moses lake originally started as something really nice. These days the only thing that keep me coming back is the homemade ranch. When they first opened they used a very large container. I understand why they downgraded and made it smaller but since then they’ve only continued to make the portions smaller and smaller. The containers used to be packed to the lid and would make for a good meal and snack later. Now days it seems every trip has the salad looking smaller and smaller. I wouldn’t be surprised if their chicken bacon ranch doesn’t consist of one lettuce leaf, one piece of chicken and a tomato. All topped off with hidden valley ranch. Ordered at the counter, and dined in. The food was great for the price, both quality and quantity. It was clean and fresh, and not too busy or crowded. They are cashless, but they have a sign on the door. I shared a salad and sandwich, and both were super unique. We tried the Mexican Street Corn Salad and Broadway Sandwich. Loved the cool and refreshing salad with tons of flavor, and the Broadway sandwich was so warm and delicious. The combination of the bacon jam and traditional sandwich ingredients made it a totally special experience.
