Burger King — Restaurant in Moss Point

Service is terrible here. Ordered a total of 4 sandwiches was told to pull up and wait. Once I was brought my food I asked if that was everything she said yes. I knew I should have looked but did not. When I got to work I realized they only put 2 sandwiches in the bag. I called and talked to the assistant manager she said it was my fault that I pulled off. My question to her was why would you bring me one bag with two sandwiches and tell me that was everything if it's my fault. This place has terrible service sandwiches were still cold even after waiting and only getting half my order. Also when I pulled up I noticed one of the employees hanging out talking to a person in the vehicle in front of me after receiving half of my order 10 minutes later they were still cutting up and talking. This is a safety issues because the only way to get out is to back up in the drive thru lane then go around the other vehicle. Just because they don't have to abide by the rules and can't have their friends pull over and park if they want...

Traveling from Alabama to Houston Tx and stopped here for a early dinner Ordered a double whopper with cheese and a double order of OR, fast friendly service, very polite and had great manners , yes sir please and Thank you were very appreciated but then my husband’s food and the OR were very cold, We received a cold Single whopper No Cheese also very cold , like it hasn’t touched a heating lap for a while , Yes that cold! Ever since i have been a kid this burger king has been trash. Food is stale the people are dirty meaning they do not wear gloves when they serve your food. The time it takes to give you a milk shake can take 30 mins because the employees are cutting up. It’s been so bad that I hardly ever even eat burger king outside off moss point. The only reason I go there is I forget how bad it is and all the other fast food places have a line out the door. It has such a bad reputation with the community everyone knows to avoid this place. I have no idea how you can fix this place where it has been serving bad service and food for 30+ years. Good luck though.
