Subway — Restaurant in Moss Point

I go here all the time and there was 3 guys I haven't seen before a Hispanic guy and two black guys short and tall the tall guy was rude to me once said you want too many sandwiches. I'm going to take a break. I laughed it off then I was explaining to him what I wanted on my third sandwich and before I got to say what kind of bread I want. He cut me off with an attitude and told WHAT BERAD YOU WANT LIKE I DISRESPECTED HIM extremely rude idk what his problem was but if I feel extremely disrespected Im respectfully everywhere I go I walked out without being rude but not going to lie i rode back by a few minutes later and he wasn't on break I was going to go tell him about his self glad he wasn't but y'all need to tighten up on customer service extremely unhappy he needs...

Went in to get a sandwich and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no one behind the counter. They were outside the whole time even though they seen customers coming in. I got one of the ladies names her name is Lashun from what I could see and I couldn’t tell what the other girls name tag said. Not to mention they had some of the worst attitudes I have EVER seen. It was absolutely ridiculous, anything that was asked of them which was bare minimum I received an eye roll in return. I have never wanted to get out of a public place so bad. This business will scam you. I ordered a sandwich from here on 3/14/22 @ 12:21PM on the app. Said it would be ready for pick up at 12:40PM so I was in there around 12:50-1:00PM To pick it up when I got there they had shut down the store there was no one there. Everything was put up and the lights were cut off. I asked the lady who was working at the Clark’s Gas station part and she basically laughed at me and told me there was nothing they could do. I CANT GET A REFUND ON THE APP. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THIS FACILITY MULTIPLE TIMES. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING SUBWAY. NO ONE CAN HELP ME GET THE MONEY I SPENT BACK. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!
