Winkie's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Carmel

So we went in 2 sit down and eat at first I didn't look hard enough but the place was filthy I'm sorry then I ask the guy do u hav a bathroom he replied no im thought what kind of place has eat in no bathroom i got a bottle of soda then I asked can u break a 50 he hesitated then said yea then I asked do u have he said no o no wait I can get u cups we sit down he brings out plates cups and silverware that was literally from the 1970s they were stained cracked had leftover food on them needless 2 say we didn't use them then the food came the dough was overdone I never ate crunchy Stromboli b4 but I give koodos it wasn't bad at all I get done he was in the basement took him 4ever 2 come up he's ringing the stuff up 2199 4 the Stromboli 1.89 4 the soda 4.00 4 what I don't know by it came out 30 dollars I just wanted 2 go and not argue me and my family will no longer eat here I gave a 1 star because they didn't have a half star and the food wasn't bad except 4...

Owner was ignorant , I called tried to place a order , three times he asked me to hold , ok I waited then gave my order , a cheesesteak, wings ,the 3 piece mozarella stick , and fries ,and a order of spaghetti , he tried to charge me 52.00 , I said how much never mind , please cancel order , so he proceeded to scream at me saying I wasted his time , what did I expect to pay 10.00 ! The spagetti he said alone is 13.00! um like a seriousously I will pay for olive garden and get real spagetti and chicken parmesan for that price , I could of went to a restaurant for that price , insteadi of a pizza joint , ignorant and prices way too high, then had the nerve to tell me I wasted his time taken the order , no sir you wasted my time being put on hold...

First off the food is amazing, however the owner is greedy with his fees & his prices, it’s crazy it’s $1.00 just to use a credit card or debit card. In the last 2 days & my busy lifestyle I stopped in twice & placed 2 orders, spent nearly $30 for a burger, broccoli bites x2 & garlic sticks, whatever I needed to eat. I called again for another order of garlic sticks & only had my card, the sticks only cost $6 but my order wasn’t over $10 in order to use the card. I was told to buy a $4 bottle of soda or chips. I laughed & walked out. Can’t believe this is how you want to treat a paying customer. The only real pizza shop left in town & it’s sad the owner has to be this way.
