Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mount Joy

You deserve -5 stars. I will never go there again. Do yourself a favor and drive another 2 minute to Sheetz. Most of the staff was juvenile, unprofessional, entitled, and smartmouthed. It was like a day care center in there. It took me at least 30 minutes to order my food and get my food, which ended up being wrong. Everybody was goofing around and acting like children. Sat in line for at least 20 minutes. Sat in front of the speaker with nobody speaking to me at all for 3 minutes or so until I finally said "hello?". Did not get any kind of apology or any kind of acknowledgment when our food order was messed up. Instead, I was greeted with blank faces and smart mouths. The other woman with the messed up order came in after me but yet they made her food 1st. This goes way beyond normal human beings making mistakes. Oh, and I was supposed to get a hot hazelnut coffee but it didn't taste like hazelnut at all. Instead it tasted like burned, old coffee that I couldn't even drink. Always enjoyed going to Dunkin Donuts for a break prior to COVID 19. Facility is always clean, staff friendly and helpful, and donuts and coffee always fresh. However, my drive through experience today changed my opinion. Requested VANILLA donuts with sprinkles for my 3 year old grandson. As we were driving away, noticed that the icing was ORANGE! Had my husband go back around ( now five deep in the line) to explain that I requested VANILLA with sprinkles. The person that I had spoken to earlier said that they WERE VANILLA. ( Never mind the fact that they have orange dye or food coloring) and that she would not exchange them. Needless to say I won't be going back there again. The donuts were not free, and I expect to get what I requested. If I had known that the donuts had additional dye or coloring, I would not have ordered them in the first place. So if anyone is considering ordering VANILLA donuts, you may want to ask what COLOR dye has been added to them! Would give NO STARS FOR POOR...

Would not recommend coming here, went to the drive thru, and the person who took our order was not very friendly, she acted like it was a bother to take our order, , there was 2 cars infront of us but it still took around 20 min to receive our order, it was nithing difficult, 2 sandwiches, 2 orders of hash browns and 4 doughnuts, they handed us this little bag it had 2 sandwiches , and 1 order of hash browns. When we questioned where was the rest of the order we were treated like we were wrong, they finally went and grabbed some doughnuts , 1 iced and 1 cream filled, we ordered 2 of each we again questioned where the rest of our order was, and reluctantly they did go get 2 more doughnuts, both of wich were frosted, so at the end of this mess we ended up with 2 terrible sandwiches, 1 order of hash browns and 4 doughnuts and only 2 of them were right.
