You’ve never had a sno-cone like this! The shaved ice is so fluffy and light that it’s almost creamy. Pelican’s has more flavors and flavor combinations than you will ever be able to try, and they’re all delicious! They have an extensive list of sugar-free options too, so there is something for everyone. I don’t really write reviews. Now Pelicans is amazing. Pelicans itself will always be a 5 star because of product. However Im giving a 3 star specifically because we went to this one and upon entering there was a guy mopping the lobby. When we went to order at the window, he goes in the back and starts making the ice cups without changing his glove. (One hand had a glove on. The other didn’t.) And he was touching the ice with the glove he was cleaning with. Then we watched him go clean with a spray bottle and rag with the same glove. I didn’t complain.
