Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

We love this place. We had 2 instances all 4 of us kid size scoop and charge for adults size. She does to everyone, not just us. I tried to avoid her. One night, she was the only one serving so I let her know that she was only person giving small size and if she does it this time that we will to another place. we have not seen her since. We usually bring 4 or 5 of us in at one or twice a month so price is not much an issue as we enjoy outings with the our family.

August 02, 2021 We have been here too often and disappointed too many times. Their scoop size is inconsistent. I always order 3 scoop and I would get 2 good size scoops but the 3rd scoop would be about ½ a scoop. It is time take my family of 5 another Baskin Robin or another ice...

Came in to get a cake for my friends birthday on Saturday the 5th, when I asked the guy at the counter if he could write on the cake he told me no he wasn’t allowed. I’m confused because I’ve been to this location before and got my cake with writing on it, when I asked why he couldn’t write a simple “happy birthday” on the cake, he said that I wouldn’t want him writing on the cake because it wouldn’t look good. 14-Year-Olds managing 12-year-olds... And the problem is it's not their fault! Nobody there to give anybody direction. It's somewhat chaotic and yet I'm chewing on an old waffle cone that has the smallest dip of ice cream I've ever had in my life. One more time, The kids that are running this store aren't at fault.
