Blended Nutrition — Restaurant in Mount Juliet

This is a front for the Multi-Level Marketing company, Herbalife. I was not aware until I gave them my phone number for rewards and got a text saying I signed up for Herbalife. The drink itself is incredibly sweet, it’s supposed to have 22g of protein, but I feel like any health benefits the drink has are cancelled out by the amount of sugar that seems to be in the drink itself. I’m not even saying this because I do not agree with Herbalife’s business model, I am genuinely saying this as someone who needs to watch my sugar and increase my protein by doctor’s orders. The drink tastes like I took 1 step forward but 3 steps back in my health journey. I would have asked for a recommendation, but none of the staff seemed conversational unless it was with each other. The menu is huge! I didn’t have time to look through it all. I got a loaded tea and it was very tasty, energized me for the whole day!
