Brain Freeze Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in Mount Laurel Township

Updated review may 2025: I've been getting water ice here for years. Tonight I go and get 2 large water ice to go. The woman put it in a tiny cup. I told her that isn't the large size cup. She doesn't change it. I ask to make sure she will put the extra scoop like they always do with to go lid. She said it doesn't fit the cup. (Probably because she is using the wrong cup.) I get home and compare it to the water ice I literally bought from them 2 days prior and still had in my freezer. I can't even believe I was charged the same price for 2 clearly different sized water ice. Extremely disappointed. Will have to find a new water ice shop if this happens again. I put photo to show difference. Literally 2 days apart.

My oldest likes Rita's gelati, my youngest likes TCBY soft serve, my wife likes traditional hard ice cream. So usually, this means multiple stops when we go on a run for a summer treat. We decided to try this place on a whim and couldn't be happier. As you can see from the photo everyone got something and my every member of my family swears by what they ordered. The Cinnamon Bun hard ice cream is to die for. The quality of the Italian Ice in the gelati was amazing, and my youngest says the soft serve is the best she's had (it really reminds me of a better quality Dairy Queen). I have come here a few times with my brothers and twice with my girlfriend; the service has been phenomenal every time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very wide soft serve selection for being a small parlor. Very big parking lot so finding a spot will not be hard. Being indoor is a huge advantage for those crazy hot days. They do have a small seating area in front if you want to enjoy your treat with some of the summer sun. Price is fair...
