19th Hole Wine and Whiskey Bar — Restaurant in Mount Olive

Made a reservation for my son's birthday with friends. Got their bartender was friendly buy extremely inexperienced. Got to the game room able to order food was ok. The virtual play was ok not all games lined up with your action. After we played we received our bill. No issues. We spent over 700 dollars. On Sunday night I received a call from the bartender that someone may have RUN OUT on tab and that if the tab was not paid Mount Olive PD would be call. He did identify our friend. Mind you we are all professionals. I had our friend call after he shared yes I ordered those drinks and I gave the bartender my card. When he call they stated they were still trying to figure out. Fast forward. I received another call which was left on my phone by Steve the owner who threaten to call the police not once buy twice. I returned his call and stated that pur friend called and one of his team member were investigating. where he again threaten us with Mount Olive PD. I told him to call them. I call our friend and Steve states he never threatened police although I forwarded the voice mail. Needless to say his bartender was awful not able to manage a bar and tabs . My friend called his credit card company and there was no charge he paid his tab no issue. Unfortunately I never return nor with I recommended this establishment. Absolutely the worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would! We made a reservation for Father's Day. Upon entering the restraunt we walk in and there was nobody at the host stand we had to physically walk into the restraunt to find someone to assist us. When we made the reservation we booked the all sports simulator side our reservation was for 430 by the time we found someone to assist us it was 445. We finally get set up in the room and purchase 1:30 in the all sports side. The waitress comes back at 525 and shuts off our simulator saying they have another party that also booked the room. She then starts moving our food to the other side telling us we need to move to the golf only side. That was not what we booked nor did she have a right to shut off our all sports simulator or touch and move our food. She then said she was going to get a manager because she was clearly to incompetent and over booked the room and possessed zero problem solving skills. The woman that came out next and heard what happend advised she was not the manager and leaves and makes us wait another 10 minutes for the real manager to come out. Hosted a company event there, and it couldn’t have gone any better! Planning was super efficient and easy. Great packages to choose from and very willing to customize. Service was great and food was outstanding! Everyone had a lot fun with the sport simulators. Was extremely happy from start to finish!...
