Sells expired returned baby food.

I returned a pack of gerber baby food because it was expired for over a month when I bought it. I told this to the rep when I returned it and they told me to get a replacement instead of a return. Great, not a problem, except the other 2 on the shelf were also expired. I literally pulled them from the shelves and brought them to the front and told them they were also expired. So all 3 are with the customer service desk and knew they are expired.

Here I am shopping a week later and see 3 on the shelves, there's no way those are the ones I already brought to the front because they are expired right? Nope, same ones. All 3 expired, and even the one I returned since the one I returned had a missing jar since I didn't realize it was expired until opening a jar, and one of the packages is short a jar. Putting returned food back on the shelves while COVID is still out there? That's certainly questionable.

I find myself constantly having to check expiration dates at this Weis, especially their dairy as there are many times it's either expired or close to expired and still on the shelves, but putting expired and returned baby food back on the shelves is disgusting behavior and I really doubt I'm going to keep shopping at a story...

The Weiss bakery is the best! I had ordered over a month ago two cupcake cakes from somewhere less, I usually use Weiss but it was easier pick up wise this other place. They called me the Thursday before I needed them said sorry can’t do them but we can on Monday!!! Well they were for a Bridal shower for my daughter on Sunday, so how would Monday be any good. I called Weiss bakery in Flanders, the woman I spoke to was super nice, she even had me text her on her personal number a copy of what I wanted so they could see what they could do. She WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Then when we picked them up OMG, I can’t say enough good things about how beautiful they were, how well they were decorated. This is top notch so many of the flowers actually looked real. Everyone loved them, they tasted great, they look so beautiful! They were the perfect touch to my daughter’s bridal shower! I’m so thankful for such caring, dedicated and talented people at Weiss Bakery!! From now on for sure they will be my go to place! Thank you so much for the beautiful work you did, for caring enough to not just say sorry we can’t do this on such short notice. 5 stars for sure isn’t enough! You both deserve employee...

Have always had luck shopping at Weis. The stores are very clean. Meat, fish and veggies are fresh. They have a nice variety of baked goods fresh daily. I feel like I've gotten the best value for my money. Staff is exceptionally helpful. The in-store lottery makes it convenient to buy a lottery ticket. Senior discount and coupons make shopping cost effective. Their store brand is equal to name brands and worth trying. I frequently shop at Weis markets.

I have also volunteered for a local food pantry and Weis was always been supportive of and made donations to our pantry. They fight food insufficiency not only globally but where it also counts here in our local and surrounding areas.

I have in the past used home delivery from Weis and unlike other supermarkets their shoppers always made good choices for cuts of meat, fresh vegetables and baked goods and dairy.

I would recommend Weis and will mention that since jobs in retail are extremely demanding, I try to be kind to the employees and I have always had positive shopping...
