For those seeking the best pho in this specific area, this is undoubtedly the place to go. However, for diners familiar with the more authentic Vietnamese cuisine found in other parts of the state, it might leave something to be desired. A truly exceptional bowl of pho, for me, is defined by its complex components: tender, rare beef that cooks in the broth, flavorful meatballs, and the unique textures of tendon and tripe. WOW! This restaurant is only 4 weeks old and they absolutely crushed it! This place deserves so much more business just looking at the food. They have a wider variety of options, we tried the pork gyoza (10/10 was my favorite), their homemade thai tea which was phenomenal, and their chicken pho. We decided to try this place for takeout tonight and we were thoroughly impressed. Shrimp shumai were delicious, my husband had the bahn mi which he loved, and I had the salmon pho which was AWESOME. I am a pescatarian and enjoy vegetarian/ vegan options and I love how the pho broth is vegan. It is SO tasty. Best pho I have had in the area hands down.
