Enzo's Ristorante & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mount Olive

We hired Enzo’s for our wedding after other caterers weren’t so budget friendly. They worked with our budget, delivered the food we wanted, and never gave an issue about any changes or wants/needs we requested.

Enzo’s is an Italian family run restaurant and just by working with Alex, Emilio, Ernie, and their crew you TRULY feel as though the service they deliver is as cared for as if they were delivering to their own personal family. I could NOT thank them enough for making the food taste fabulous… not to mention I, the bride, am on a gluten free diet due to an allergy and they didn’t even blink an eye when saying “no problem!” …and made our entire menu gluten free. No one could tell the difference and our families are very honest people, so if the food wasn’t good we would have heard it from them! My groom can also be a picky eater and he had 2 plates of everything! In fact, one of our biggest compliments of the night was the food!!!!

Their daughter Alex even coordinated a visit with our venue to prep a set up plan prior to our event without me having to ask her, and as a bride when your vendor takes the extra initiative to be prepared without you asking it’s beyond stress relieving!

I could go on and on, but if I could give them 100 stars I would!! If you’re thinking about using the or even going to dinner there or stopping to have a slice, STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND JUST GO!!!!!! From the food to the kindness of the family that runs Enzo’s, Budd Lake… there’s ZERO room for improvement!

Wow I was extremely disappointed with the food that I ordered, even after reading all these reviews. About 4.5 starts, yet when we got our pizzas, they were extremely soggy and just soaked from the grease that was sitting on them. On top of that, the pizzas didn't even taste good nor did they have any topping on them. 1 large mushroom pizza, will get u about 15 mushrooms throughout the entire pie (yes I counted). On top of the 2 pizzas we ordered, we got an order of chicken tenders. Honestly, the chicken tenders were ok, but the fried that came with them were indeed bad as well. They had absolutely no taste and were soggy (which u can give them a pass on since I did order for a delivery). My takeaway from this place is don't trust the reviews, idk if the experience is any different dining in, but do not order anything to go/delivery. The pizza was extremely soggy and didn't taste like anything other than grease. No toppings on the mushroom and pepperoni pizza we ordered. And the French fries just taste like we were eating soggy, raw potatoes. 👎🏻

I will say too though that the lady I talked to over the phone was nice and helpful/respectful when I was packing the order. Also the pizza was delivered perfectly on time for the time we wanted it at. However it's just not worth it and unfortunately I'd recommend Carmines or Sals which is literally both within 5 mins...

We tried to like this restaurant being that we live in town, just a few miles away, but I guess we’ve had bad luck.

A couple years ago we ordered take out and the order was wrong. We did not complain, but maybe we should have.

Tried again some time last year for delivery and the order was correct, but was very late and the food was cold. No complaints.

Today, 8/28, I placed a delivery order to the Mount Olive Pool at 6:20 pm which did not arrive until 7:35 after being told delivery would only take 40-45 mins. I had already called to cancel the order when the driver showed up because the pool was closing and we were leaving. When I had called to cancel the order the gentleman on the phone said, “What do you want me to do, we got backed up.”

How about giving me an honest delivery time so maybe I can decline the order or give me a call about your status!!! I gave this restaurant another try because your take out menus were distributed at the pool.

13 years living in town and I still go to M&S II on 46 in Rockaway and have never been let down. Wish I can find a reliable place in...
