Ordered almost $20 worth of food, got a call before they delivered telling me the portion size of the gnocchi I ordered was a LITTLE less than normal so they were taking $2 off the $8 price.. cool, right? So it takes over an hour to get here, for them to have put a ton of sauce and no maybe a little handful of noodles. I called back and asked for either a refund or if they could even just deliver something else of the equal amount due to be paid, and the girl on the phone got real snippy, saying they would come back and get it when they had time.. the call ended abruptly, and as I continued to go over the rest of the food, it all looked terrible and half done. So I called back and told the woman that I just wanted my money back and would order from somewhere else. So she tells me, "that's fine, we'll put you on the do not order list then too." And hangs up on me!! I still have yet to get my refund, the customer service was TERRIBLE, and so was the food. I've ordered from here for years and now I will NEVER order from here again.

Read moreFirst of all, to say the place could use updated and a remodel would be an understatement. We found out after placing our order that they had no plates or actual flatware. So, our orders were brought out in Styrofoam to go containers with plastic flatware. Then I get an order of the worse French toast I've ever had followed by the biggest lie ever told: that for 48 years Marietta's restaurants had been making French toast without vanilla or cinnamon( eggs and a splash of milk): tasteless. After complaining about the French toast, not only was I lied to again by being told that it was taken off my bill but was charged extra for complaining and a gratuity. A bill that should've totaled $22.50 minus $4 for the French toast $18.50, I was charged a whoping $30. Needless to say, this place will never see any of my...
Read moreTheir food used to taste good, but is losing its appeal. This last abomination that I ordered wasn’t even cooked all the way. I’m just going to have to recommend another restaurant. I’ve been making pizza professionally for 15 years at a Management level, and have trained thousands of people to prepare, serve, and sell pizza. 🍕 I didn’t even bother to go back and forth. I called and let them know that their driver screwed up, before it was eaten, than after I called I tried to eat it and the middle was not cooked all the way. I’ll have to think about eating there again. I have a passion for pizza making, (and consuming), they need someone with a passion for pizza...
