Arby's — Restaurant in Mount Sterling

I like Arby's. Always have. Today I had the roast beef classic, potato cakes and a sprite. They cooked the potato cakes when I ordered and that is fine with me. They will be hot when served. Always good food and fast service at this location.

I do have a complaint about Arby's in general. At most locations, including this one, the lobbies are freezing cold. When I park truck, I don't even need to wonder if I should take in a sweater, just grab it! Arby's is always freezing inside. That's crazy. That's too cold. We, the customers, are not walking around and working like you servers and cooks. We do not need freezing cold lobbies. At a few locations my husband has even said "let's get it to go, It's too cold in here".

Think of the money Arby's (Nationwide) could save if they would adjust their thermostats based on time of year, and peak periods or slow periods. Plus their customers would not need to wear...

I went through the drive-through. There were two cars ahead of me yet it took like 10 minutes for them to order and then another 5 to get their food. When I ordered, I used a coupon that I got in the mail, and the person at the drive-through couldn't figure out how to run the coupon in the system. She told me my total, and I pointed out that it was too high. Only then did she fix it, and even then, the price was lower than it should have been. Then I asked for ketchup and didn't get any.
