To Koi Express, I traveled—hungry and hopeful. Dined inside, I did. Peaceful the dining room was, clean and welcoming, like a Jedi temple.

Miso soup—simple yet soothing, calmed the Force within. Vegetable hibachi—powerful in flavor, the broccoli, zucchini, and carrots danced like lightsabers in a well-choreographed duel. Fried rice, seasoned just right. A feast it was, and value strong with this one.
