First, I will start by saying that I am so happy to see a Boba Tea/Banh Mi place in Mt Washington.
The Pros: Having this place in Mt Washington. The place looks great and clean, plenty of parking. Food/drinks taste good.
Room for improvement: Service: it takes forever to get your food. I don't know what's the issue, but all 4 times I have been in, it always takes a very long time to get our food. Today, I came in and ordered a pho, sat down and waited for 20 mins. After 20 mins, I decided to check in, since they were not busy, so it's odd that my food didn't come out yet. Turned out the front person informed me that the kitchen never got my order. May I suggest that the front person (who took my order) pay more attention and checks in to see what's going on? I don't think she would have think of anything if I didn't follow up on my order with her. So I was definitely hangry. Hungry first, and annoyed by the lack of initiative and awareness of the staff.
My biggest feedback is that things take wayyyyy longer than it should, especially when they are not busy.
I do think that it's odd (especially in 2023, where digital payments are the norm) to charge a 3.25% fee for credit/debit use. This should be an assumed cost of doing business, not an added expense that businesses shift to the consumers. No one carries cash around anymore, and consumers shouldn't be paying more to...
Read moreA surprisingly amazing spot in such a small town area. The best place to go anywhere around here! They are so nice & kind every time we go! Once, my boyfriend spilled his completely full drink & they insisted on cleaning it up for us and remade his drink without us asking! And the food and drinks are amazing. I love the chicken pa tay sandwich (I think is what it’s called), & the hot Cheetos corn dogs. The crème brûlée milk tea with tapioca boba is my favorite (I crave it like an addiction at this point)—but the tapioca boba is so good they run out sometimes, so get it while you can! If no tapioca, then brown crystal is a close second (: All in all, Paris Banh Mi has created and fostered my love for boba & Vietnamese food & the impeccable customer service & Feng shui environment puts the...
Read moreThis place is great and awesome. Friendly employees, great vibe/decor for Instagram, and all their equipment are new. I usually get a bahn mi and Boba tea once a week. I get annoyed when I see their point of sale machine prompting me to tip them every time. They don't deliver food to your table.
I decided to get a regular korean corn dog on top of my normal order last weekend. Outside looked crispy when I received my order, so I thought nothing of it.
However, I wasn't entirely sure if the inside was supposed to be doughy by design or not. I've been to multiple asian countries and had numerous flavors of korean corn dogs, and none of them were soft, chewey, or doughy inside. It is my mistake that I didn't toss the food then. I paid my dues at 3 am. with vomit...
