KFC — Restaurant in Mount Washington

This place is terrible. We ordered with pick up because their dining area was closed…. They ended up not having the pot pies. The last time I went there they didn’t even have chicken. I’m not sure how KFC runs out of chicken…. But, they ended up giving us a different order because they didn’t have the pot pies and they over charged me because the pot pies were more expensive than what we changed our order too. and didn’t compensate for the extra money we had spent previously. So we were over charged, didn’t get what we initially wanted and they still didn’t get the drinks right. The manager was on their personal cell phone when I tried letting them know to not over charge me but decided to leave due to him being on the phone and not wanting to deal with them any longer. The food was messy- some of the food wasn’t even sealed all the way and ended up running through the bag. We will not be back and do not recommend. Everyone has bad days but...

My husband went to the KFC in Mt Washington, KY at 5pm, dinner time, and they didn't have ANY chicken ready.....couldn't get sandwiches, chicken strips and couldn't make a box even! This is not acceptable on any level! Needless to say my husband drove to Bardstown, KY to get dinner! We will NEVER go back to Mt Washington! How in the world does a chicken place not have any chicken ready at dinner time! Past RIDICULOUS! They should have put a sign somewhere telling us there was no chicken....my husband noticed when he was waiting in drive-thru nobody was staying they would try to place a order but didn't stop at window just kept going and then it was his turn and he heard RIDICULOUS news.....and told them they should have closed if the didn't have chicken ......instead of making everyone wait in drive-thru for a long time just to be told no chicken!...

My husband and I went through the drive thru. We ordered an 8 piece bucket original. The worker said they only had enough chicken for white crispy and dark original. He said okay. Does it come with any discount?. She replied no. When we got to the window to pay, it was more than he thought it was supposed to be. But she explained the price he thought was chicken only. He said okay just give me chicken. Next thing we know. Another employee comes opens the window and hands us our money back and says get out of my drivethru!!! We will never return to this Kfc.the audacity of them getting mad because a customer may not be as smooth...
