I love Moe's and decided to try this location. We stay at the hotel nextdoor often for medical treatment at UAB so this location was convenient and despite the low rating of the store I thought I'd give it a try. The crew was super friendly and helpful. The food however was not very good, smaller portions than other locations and a higher price. More disappointing was the food was lukewarm at best and the chips were stale. I really was surprised and not in a good way. Will stick to other Moe's outside of Birmingham and continue to eat elsewhere when here.

I ordered from this store a bowl and a burrito. The burrito and bowl were both ice cold and the bowl was less than half full. The quality of the food was less than desirable. Upon checking i assume it was close to closing time (i ordered for my daughter im in Atlanta) but i still would like to receive the same quality and quantity that is given to customers who order when you open!!!

Good food, customer service could use some training.. I ordered a burrito the other day and the workers there really did a poor job to assist me, needless to say I wrote a terrible review and then sent in a complaint via email to their corporate office and not 10 minutes passed before the manager called me to offer apologies and a refund, i never did get my food and i appreciate the swiftness in which it was taken care of, when the service is good the food is amazing, but I personally don't complain and then return, the circumstances warranted the complaint unfortunately I can't go-to this location and expect to experience food that hasn't been tampered with after having to complain, and I get that but also I'm choosing to say they're...

I absolutely love Moe's. I haven't had it since I lived in Pittsburgh so excited when I found this one. Well, I should've known when I didn't hear "Welcome to Moe's" that I was at a bad one. The food was absolutely terrible. I've never ordered something that should have so much flavor but literally tasted like I was chewing on nothing. This is by far the worst Moe's experience I've ever had! Not only did I throw most of my Stack away but my girlfriend could barely keep down two bites of her burrito before threw the entire thing away.... Also, the chips were stale and, at the time of writing this, my stomach is starting to hurt. Avoid this location....
