STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE was my daughter’s choice for her wedding cake from DAUGHTER’S BAKERY and it was truly the MOST DELICIOUS and MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding cake!!! The entire wedding cake was devoured by the crowd as were the 75 miniature variety cakes that my son in law requested!!! Everyone is still RAVING about the cake!!! Not since my sweet momma made my Italian Cream cake homemade for my wedding have I seen an entire wedding cake eaten!!! The lovely thing is that Daughter’s Bakery thoughtfully creates a delicious and precious 6 inch anniversary cake for the bride and groom to have as their very own that is included for free with the purchase of the wedding cake!!! The first time I tried a Daughter’s Baking cake, I knew it was the best I had ever had, despite other traditionally acclaimed bakeries/cakes in Birmingham. For years, one place in particular held my heart for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, confirmations, and much more—but now, DB is our go-to! Not only are the cakes the most aesthetically pleasing to look at and worthy of display at any event, but you cannot compete with the creative, myriad of flavors! The taste is exceptional—from traditional wedding cake to my favorite lemon-blueberry, to the featured seasonal items with pumpkin and more! Slicing the cake even has its own unique style, and guests who have never experienced a DB cake are always incredibly impressed! The cakes also freeze fabulously, in case you want to save some for a later snack to reminisce over its decadence! The staff are as sweet as their cakes, and Daughter’s Baking is just such a happy place in general! So glad they are located in Mountain Brook village. We are very blessed...

Love love love! We have now gotten several of the cake cups and 3 inch cakes for special occasions in my family! I also have a group of girlfriends that I can’t wait to try this with when we go eat at PizzeriaGM next week, where they have your 3 inch cakes!! They look small, but they pack a punch & go a long way! All flavors I’ve tried have been delicious, but my favorites have been blueberry lemon and Reese’s peanut butter! So glad you have a storefront now. :)

Update: Peppermint Chocolate is a new fave as well! When picking up another order, I tried a sample & couldn’t resist purchasing!! I got a 5” and was able to cut into 12 pieces (tall, small squares).
