We grabbed two seats at the bar and from the first moment, it was clear this place is something special. Beth, our bartender, absolutely made our night. She’s not only incredibly welcoming but a master behind the bar. Her cocktail and food recommendations were flawless. We tried the Slim G&T and the Saint Slim, both of which were delicious and well-balanced. Beth’s skill and warmth made us feel like regulars. We started with the Burrata, which was creamy and fresh, then split a pizza half Hot Honey, half Primo, both unforgettable. Don’t skip the Slim Frannie, it’s a sweet, indulgent way to finish things off. Every bite felt curated and elevated. The vibe is truly one of the best in Birmingham. We went to Slim’s for our anniversary, and everything was to die for. Our server, Cecelia, was very attentive and helpful despite clearly having a lot on her plate. She really went above & beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and happy with everything. Truly exceptional service on her part. She made us feel very welcomed, and made some great recommendations as well. Cocktails were great and well-balanced, pretty good wine selection too. The pizza was absolutely amazing. Definitely best I’ve had in Birmingham.

Slim's pizzeria is not your ordinary pizza place.This is an entire experience that is worth every single second !!! If you're looking for authentic and fresh pizza, salads, and desserts then this is where you WANT to go. As soon as you walk in the doors, you're greeted by the friendliest folks around. Then you take in the atmosphere, which is simply stunning and cozy. Once you're ready to order, you'll find the drinks are top notch and the pizzas are better than you can imagine !!!
