In the order line I picked up a brownie and a cheesecake at the register. The cashier literally snatched the cheesecake out of my hands and dropped it back in its place and rudely scolded “THAT is a display!! It’s NOT for sale!! Do you want one?” It was really embarrassing and I said that I did and started to order my sandwiches. Before I could, she pointed at the cheesecake and rudely said “THAT is a display!” she turned it around to where it said Display Only, and said “THAT has been there a week. I’m sure you don’t want THAT one!!” I finished placing my order and told her I didn’t appreciate her snapping at me. She said “I didn’t snap at you. But you DID pick up my display.” I paid $36 for my meal and I asked for a bag for my treats. She handed me a number and I asked what it was for. She then rudely snapped “Are you eating here or not?” I said no, that it was to go. She turned around, mumbling something to the person beside her and threw the number on the counter. She said “Wait until your name is called.” Then walked away. I have no idea what I did wrong other than picking up the display cheesecake. In another lifetime I would have told her off and walked out. Being older now, and as a business owner, I know how hard it is to find ANYONE to work. Personally, I wouldn’t want the face of my company to be donning a bull ring hanging out of their nose, but I guess you get what you get. Read moreI went in today at 3:50 and ordered a chicken wrap meal and one order of hummus. There was one other customer in the store, and probably 4-6 employees working. They were prepping lots of carry out meals. We got our hummus within a few minutes. We waited another 10 minutes and still did not have the one order of chicken wraps. This put us waiting 19 minutes total for ONE chicken wrap meal at 3:50 with an almost-empty restaurant. I went to the counter to ask about my meal (on which I also tipped 15% since they ask you that now when you check out..even before you can see what level of service you receive). The lady behind the counter had no answer. Another employee asked me where I ordered my food. I said, "At this counter at 3:53." He seemed to go check on it. Two employees behind the counter seemed confused, and I thought one mouthed to the other that there were no chicken wraps. After a minute or two of STILL NO ANSWER, I asked one of them again about my order that had taken TWENTY minutes for a chicken wrap. He then hurriedly put one in a bag and handed it to me. NOT ONE employee apologized, took ownership, or REMOTELY seemed to have a CLUE about what was going on or what went on with our order. Read moreYesterday I had called in to place an order for three people not two and The person that took my order was not paying attention to what I had said she placed my order and only order two of the three things I had said two orders of chicken rollup and one Thursday specials and she screws up my order I was not happy about the food was Cold not warm at all if they want to lose as customer well then they better quit doing what they do is not paying attention to people on the phone when they are placing an order they will lose me for sure I'll go somewhere else and get almost the same kind of food if they don't quite doing that because they will not have me coming in there anymore if they don't stop I was not happy about it and it's poor customer service in my opinion this is not the first time they have screwed up my order its one thing to be busy but its another to not be attentive to there customer over the phone who are placing an order to be picked up its like they talk to other people when they are taking your order and not paying attention to what you are telling them that's is poor customer...
