The 3 stars are for the taste and USUAL customer service. Sadly I won’t be returning as the attitude of one of the girls today was just not excusable. It’s not anybody’s fault I’m having a bad day but just so shocked from the comment made by the girl taking my order. As I said with sarcasm, “it was the worst experience of my life” (getting a drink with curdled cream this morning that was completely dumped and not able to drink) she thinks it’s appropriate to say “you must have a pretty good life then”. Why would you say that to someone? I’m perfectly fine paying for my new drink (which I did AND STILL TIPPED) but the attitude is crazy to me. Then watched her go in and proceed to talk to her coworker and they both give me a dirty look. I’ve spent hundreds on coffee here and usually love every experience (thanks to Glenn because he really is the best) but I will no longer be coming back until this is at the very least, addressed. My eldest son walked in to purchase three drinks for us. He was so excited to purchase the drinks on his own as he is Autistic, and rarely feels comfortable doing things independently. As he was waiting, the staff started complaining about his order, and the one who took his order called him an "idiot" for asking for a custom drink. In addition, he asked for a receipt and she stated they don't give out receipts? Since when? All of this was within earshot of both my son and three other customers seated inside. The coffee is excellent, but for some reason, we continue to have negative experiences with the staff. That is exactly why we don't sit inside and enjoy anymore. What's that about? Stopped in with a friend and her daughter today for coffee and a visit. There has never been a time that I’ve visited either Brie’sta location that I wasn’t greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Brie and her husband brought some serious class to Mountain Home when the built their second location! So upscale and hipster! It’s warm and inviting without being too over the top for our Community. A great place to gather, relax, enjoy an awesome coffee (hot or cold) or one of their now famous Red Bull Blasts. Chill out by the fireplace inside when it’s too cold outdoors, or by the outside fire pit in the warm summer!
