I worked there it wasn't the best place to work it was a very toxic place to work at it was fun but not the best as a first job at the age of 15 it was my day off and I had gotten asked to go into work on my day off and I told the boss that i didn't have a ride and I had gotten into an personal injury the day before and i couldn't move my neck much and my body had been hurting a lot and I had told my boss that but he fire me while it was my day off they had 2-3 workers that day and he still asked me to come in knowing my injuries definitely not that best to work at workers got yelled at if they had made a mistake but the food is good but not that best environment to work in it's a very toxic place one day at work someone had forgotten to close the freezer and they had to water it down and that made a big mess for the workers we had to be careful walking so we didn't slip and fall especially if we were carrying hot dishes out to the customers it didn't all picked up about 30-50 minutes later the California rolls are good and I also had the black garlic ramen it wasn’t good at all the hardly put sauce on the sweet and sour chicken they are very strict about it Ben the one who tells the workers what to do would yell at the workers if they put to much sauce on the sweet and sour chicken hard to communicate with the other workers that didn’t speak English we had to tell Ben to tell the guy who was making the sushi rolls what we needed making took about a good 2-4 minutes to actually tell him what we needed to get made the sushi would take a few minutes to get made it was a very toxic experience I’ve worked give one of my ex coworkers 3 chances while he fried me on my day off Ben definitely had favorite workers that were attractive we took 30 minutes after we closed to clean the restaurant so it look good but in the back when I first started to work it wasn’t the best behind the sodas there was dirt and dust and where they would keep the extra supplies it was a mess from oil the mop didn’t smell good it would get used to also pick up all the oil that’s why it would...
Read moreAllow me to preface this with saying the management team is trying their best with what they got. For that reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of of 1, hoping things may be able to turn around for the better.
Food: Portion sizes were abysmal for what actually matters. Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Rice and what was received was absolutely lacking when it came to protein. Maybe 4 oz of chicken, at best. Not only was it lackluster, the chicken itself seemed to be premade and shredded, no way possible cooked to order. Dish came out suspiciously fast, roughly 5 minutes after ordering. Once I saw the meat, I understood why. For nearly $15, no sides included, this was completely unacceptable.
This is also assuming you get what you ordered. Individual I was alongside received the wrong type of protein with their ramen. Instead of chicken they received pork, which was likely a blessing considering the chicken I was served.
Service: Slightly under average. Seated rather quickly, received first round of drinks and was able to place order all in a timely manner. However from there, it took approximately 20 or so minutes before anyone came by to ask about the meals. No refills were offered. Eventually a manager came by and asked how things were. She listened to our grievances and feedback, seemingly understanding about what was said, she then claimed she would pass it along. She was considerate enough to take care of the Chicken Teriyaki meal, and for that I appreciate them.
Atmosphere: Was clean. Nothing else stood out or seems worth mentioning.
I beg the owners of this establishment to take a good look at what you're serving and have a heartfelt conversation about your future. For the price, this is absolutely a pass. I hope they are able to correct their issues and move forward. Always nice to have more local options, unfortunately at this time I cannot recommend this one.

Read moreOk, so the atmosphere gets higher stars for nostalgia. I've been going to this building since it was Golden Crown.... They are not the same. The last couple times we have ordered I am hoping but also terrified that it was the same person who took our call. I have to many kids with differing tastes to go in and eat all the time. Specially with the high prices and small servings. However, the food is generally... Hit or miss. I have watched infomercials with more flavor than the ramen. You can't mess up store bought sweet and sour pork. The fried rice (which costs extra, (which would be fine if they told you)) leaves much to be desired. Anyways back to the young woman who answered the phone.. she is nothing close to professional. When my wife called to ask if they had any gluten free chicken available (we understand if there are days what they have prepared has run out) the young woman on the phone said 1sec let me check and then proceeded to have a conversation so loud I could hear it with a close friend they hadn't seen in awhile and left us on the phone for 10 minutes. They did not have the chicken at the time. It happens. Then this past Friday I call and order our food, no problems there, however once I arrive and am waiting to finish paying a middle aged woman comes to the door and the young lady working there says "they are in pajama pants, what losers" everyone has a right to their opinions but people also deserve respect. Maybe this woman had something going on and didn't have normal daywear or maybe she just didn't feel the need to dress up for a half the time subpar meal. Anyways outside the sushi I forgot to mention but is pretty decent this business has a lot to step up for quality and...
