Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Mountain Home

I ordered the $7 Chicken Strip Basket and after 15 minutes of waiting at my table I walked back to the counter to ask about my order. The girl that waited on me looked confused and I told her that I hadn't received my food yet. She brings me the chicken strip basket without the toast that usually goes with it and not even on a tray or my drink cup, that she neglected to give me when I ordered. The chicken tasted old and the only redeeming factor about this meal was the sundae I ordered. I'm here visiting for work and this is the one and only time that I will visit this location. Sonic has better food anyway.

Update: I tried this location again think that maybe they had an "off night". Nope, the service was EXACTLY the same as last time. I'm pretty confident that my order sat in the "warmer" for a good 5-10 minutes before I had to back to check on my order again. They gave me 3 pieces of chicken strips instead of 4 and the toast is inedible and the fries are cold. Maybe if there was an actual adult running this place instead of children, I will never return to this particular Dairy Queen for a meal, I'll only come for the ice cream which is almost near impossible...

So I have been going to this location for a while now .. it seems the last several times I have been customer service is horrible. Seems like they don’t care about their job not all but a few just very disrespectful… today I went in this evening to eat and the gentleman making the orders was cursing loud enough to hear it in the lobby. I addressed it to a manager but probably nothing will be done.. customer service is number 1.. in conclusion I hope that management or the owners will address this issue and do something about it instead of just saying they will. The food and service from the employees was great, especially with them being short staffed,, BUT the manager who took my order had a super rude tone and she was berating her employees and talking down to them to the point that I could hear her from outside the drive thru. The employees were very sweet and kind, and the person whom offered me a drink carrier seriously got in trouble right there for even offering me a carrier for my three drinks because they were low on supplies.
