I been coming buy to Sonic since the 90s. I like Sonic a lot since i been watching Sonic Commercial all the time. Every Sonic Commercial i been watching since the 80s. But back in the old days in the 50s or 60s. He or she using the roller skates to serving lunch or dinner and shakes. He or she brings the lunch and shakes to the customers as long as he or she must be careful about not to fall down and hurt himself or herself especially not to ruin their lunch and shakes. That was decades ago. But in the 80s as a little kid. My mom won't let me go to Sonic because of that price is too high. I had no idea what is she talking about. But the truth is. Everybody loves to go to Sonic. And the price is not too high. That's the truth. My mom did went to Sonic all by herself to buy lunch and drink in the 90s while i was in school. But my mom still won't let me since i was in school. And so. She's finally got a chance. When i was in Grade School. She's finally took me to Sonic as i am the first customer as a kid. I was there in 96. Then i was there in 97. Then years later i was there in 2005 at age of 20. Then years later i was there again in 2009. Not once but twice while I was end up working at both buildings. Then 2 Years later i was there in 2011 and try out Valentine's day Strawberry shake at age of 25. Then i was there in 2012. Not here in Mountain Home Where i'm from. But in Flippin at age of 27. Then 4 Years later i was there at age of 30 in 2016. And then 3 Years later i was there the other day ago for the rest of 2019 at age of 34. I been coming buy to Sonic several times. From a kid to adult. Yes i like Burgers. Chickens. Fries. Onion Rings. And others especially drinks. So that's all i been there since the 90s. I give it 5 Stars for Sonic. And one more thing. I like going to the drive-in instead of Drive-thru Menu and Window. I may save Sonic to eat lunch especially breakfast in my apartment instead of my former house. And my apology about a long...
Read moreReceived the wrong order. This came as a surprise after driving nearly 10 miles and having to drive back to Sonic . The extra turn around has made our 40 mile trip home into a 60 mile trip. We did receive a coupon for a free ice cream cone ...... In February..... Gggggrrrrrrrrrt......... 7 -6- 2019. Ordered 3 #1 meals with fries and Dr.Pepper ... Recieved the order and was told we did not order 3 combo meals .. $36. For bad service ... Just doesn't end ... And the Manager was the one who took the order .... I'm Seriously losing interest in the Mountain Home Sonic .... Skip to Present day ... Ordered. 1 .. Sonic burger combo meal . 4 Grilles Chicken Wraps . & a Large fry. Was told thank you for the order and the Price was $ 33.XX & associate was off the intercom Pronto. .. So my wife pushed the call button and asked for a Dr Pepper to go with the previously ordered Combo meal.. The associate said the cost would now be $36. Xx SO when the new hire drought the food to our truck , we asked ans the associate stated there was no drink on the ticket. Read moreWent to this location to get ice cream before my boyfriend had to go to work. Pressed the button and it took so long for someone to answer that I ended up placing my order through the app. Several minutes later someone answers the button and I inform them I just placed my order over the app since it took so long. At this point it’s like 3 minutes before my boyfriend had to clock in so he just walked to work and left. Finally get my order and I inform the waitress that I no longer need half my order since half my party had left and won’t be able to eat it. She asked if the order was mine and I said Yes to which she asked for my name and if the order was mine and I again said yes, but it took so long that I don’t want/need half the order. She just stared at me blankly and said “oh” and walked away. All and all took roughly 15-20 minutes for two small Oreo blasts.
I ended up calling the support number and had to explain to the person like 6 times what my issue was in hopes of maybe getting a refund for one of my ice creams. She finally just ended up giving me a bogo for ice cream.
