Starbucks, I Ordered a grande Carmel frapp with two added shots for $7.15. When barista poured drink in cup I ask for the remainder of my drink that was in the blender. She said per policy only allowed to give customer what fits into the cup. I said I paid for drink and would like all of it. She mentioned it's policy and at this point very dismissive with me. I ask to speak to manager. She said she was the manager and I could call Starbucks to complain. The Other barista said call Starbucks and work the system. Both were very rude about it and short with me. They Didn't want to deal with it and walked away. I called Starbucks leaving a complaint. District manager Michael Pyle called me next and apologized he mentioned baristas are empowered to make customer happy. I was confused by not getting my drink with all the extra shots I paid for was all and to throw it away in front of me was very rude. He mentioned he would talk with the everyone at the store and explain to them it is ok to give customer all of the drink they pay for. So that they don't have that...
Read moreI bought Ozark Hearth sweet Hawaiian hot dog buns last night @ Harp’s in Mountain Home, AR on E62 for lunch today. The buns were not only stale but MOLDY!! Had to throw them away. My husband was angry with me for not examining the buns closer before I bought them :-( The bread company & Harp’s are equally responsible for the quality control of our food we buy. Will go somewhere else for hot dog buns in the future. UGH!!! I’ll bet Walmart keeps a closer eye on their bread products. Gross!! It’s sad when we have to spend so much time searching for expiration dates on our food @ Harp’s. Their checkers aren’t the friendliest either!!!! Maybe I should shop @ Walmart from now on. I can self-check & not deal with attitudes or moldy food. We spend approx $600 a month on...
Read moreI have shopped here for over a year now. I enjoy the produce and meat, which I find the most important sections. The deli is nice and I LOVE they have a Sushi Boi. They're always friendly and gracious.
Mostly good experiences here, but a couple bad. I've noticed the bad experiences I've had, after some time goes by, those employees are no longer there. I don't take it personally, they must not like their job. If you are snotty or rude to me, I will not stand in your line or I will walk away from your counter. It's the sign of the times when people can't be polite, I don't think it has anything to do with Harps personally.
I continue to shop here with confidence.
I do not include Starbucks in this review as I do not drink...
