I am super impressed with not only their donuts, but their amazing customer service! On my first visit (grand opening) they had ran out of donuts and as I walked out with my two daughters, the owner called them back in to pull out two pink donuts just for them! I was super happy their opening day was such a success so I would have never left there upset that we were not going to get donuts but instead I left there that day with two VERY happy little girls. On our next visit, I thanked the owner for their customer service on our first trip... and then she proceeded to introduce my girls to donut holes. Today is March the 14th 2025, being type 1 diabetic half my life when I want sugar I am pickey. I live about 30 minutes away from Mountain View and this business, so after some morning errands I stopped in for the first time to try the old fashion style donuts that I saw pictures of online. They have 3 kinds and being a smart married man i am I got two of each lol & I was just casually talking to the Cashier/Baker about how my grandpa would take me for these kind of donuts when I was a kid. As a one leg veteran and living here all my life this is by far the worst donut store in the area by far!! Cold food,rude staff who apparently don't even know how to sell a donuts or what kind they have. I pulled up without my prosthetic on in the drive-thru and when I asked the staff what they had I was told,"They weren't really sure what all they had and to just come inside." Well after explaining I was a one leg veteran and couldn't get inside I was helped anymore and just had to guess and ended with a cold kolache and donutholes.
