Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mountain View

My 4th drive through experience, and this location is 0 for 4 on getting the order right. Twice now (tonight being one) we have ordered the $8 bag of cinnamon balls only to discover they were not in the bag. After a 48 minute wait in the drive thru line to begin with and in addition to the missing $8 item, the cantina bowl was also missing items it was supposed to include. We have had multiple instances of missing details before as well- such as supreme tacis not being made as supreme. These seem minor and trivial, but when items are literally on the menu, uncharged, and made wrong, it becomes frustrating very quickly. All of the staff we have encountered have seemed very nice, but we cannot be the only ones experiencing so many issues...

District needs to get to this restaurant and make big changes!!! Went thru the drive thru and noone came to the window for ten min. After 15 min was asked to pull forward along with four other cars waiting. Waited there 20 min then went inside thinking they might be busy, there was one person in the dining room eating. It was crazy, the employees were hollaring at each other and not getting any orders out. I waited 30 more min for my food along with a number of people from the drive thru. Got home and my order was wrong!! Every time I have gone there it has been a nightmare, won't go back as long as the same...

never give you taco sauce with taco ordered, even told them twice to make sure we had plenty hot and mild sauce asked them twice to double check to make sure everything ordered was in there, got home and no sauce period also ordered nachos and cheese dip, that wasn't in there either, all the tacos were there and all the chalupas were there but no sauce for them and sauce should come with them automatic without having to ask for sauce. didn't do any good to ask twice to make sure we got sauce. makes three or four times order from there wasn't complete. probably...
