Hardee’s — Restaurant in Mountain View

I used the Hardee's rewards app to order a 5 piece chicken strips a mushroom Swiss burger with added bacon an order of curly fries and large sprite and I used the Hardee's rewards for a free 3 piece chicken strips. Not only was my burger cold as well with coldl old bacon only 1 strip broken into 3 pieces as well asluke warm fries I only got a total of 6 chicken strips that were dry cold and very old tasted terrible yuck 🤮 I was charged over $20. I was charged for a 5 piece chicken strips dinner which I only ordered the chicken strips. The burger didn't even taste fresh like it was sitting for over 20 minutes the 6 chicken strips I was given not the 8 pieces that I ordered. This is very horrible for Hardee's as a business to do let alone serve customers sub-par quality served food. I will not ever get anything from this place again. BTW this was ordered around 1:30 in the afternoon. I was also informed that the Hardee's restaurant company has absolutely nothing to do with the Hardee's...

If you are looking to spend $20 on 2 meals to be served cold food and be served the wrong food each and every time then this is the place for you. Today at my Hardee's adventure, I ordered a Big Hot Ham and cheese as well as a southwest patty melt. The sign was not lit up, so from memory I said that I think its #12, this was incorrect but I was clear that I wanted a Big Hot Ham and Cheese. Instead I got some soggy bun with dry roast beef on it and curly fries that were limp and cold. My southwest melt was tough, overcooked and room temperature. The only thing you could taste were the thick pieces of jalapenos. I did call and have them fix the issue with the Hot Ham, but it was not without snarkiness. This is not the first time something like this has happened. They usually are pretty good at fixing their issues but this does not make it any less...

This Hardees used to be our favorite place to eat when we come to Mountain View, but it has went downhill fast. Our past 2 visits, it has been dirty, only 2 people working, and the food was cold/already made, then reheated when we took it back instead of made fresh. The man taking orders was sick and coughing into his hands, then touching everything. I caught the manager while in the restroom and told her about it, but then noticed she didn’t wash her hands. This makes me really sad, but we will no longer go there, unless they clean...
