For Ubereat customers,
Do not order donuts at this store through the Ubereat app. Because of this store system, you will pay more money to UBER and Ubereat drivers for waiting time.
The store system was not first come first serve but first walk in customers first. So, I had to wait 5 customers until they went out of the store even though it was my turn. It means Ubereat customers should pay more money to Ubereat driver for the waiting time.
As an Uber driver, I strongly recommend you. Do not use Ubereat app to order donuts at this store but just visit and buy some donuts.
To owner,
If you do not like Ubereat, please just quit the service of Ubereat for your customers. Your attitude against Ubereat drivers was not against UBER but just Ubereat drivers and your customers.
So, I have a suggestion. You do not need to prepare donuts for Ubereat drivers but to change your system to first come first serve. If you change your system, it will be good for you and your customers.
Thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI read about this place on the Mountlake Terrace Community page. I saw a picture it looked appetizing. I had lunch with a friend of mine today and she suggested going to Krispy Kreme. I told her about Countryside Donuts and we decided to give it a try. Very disappointing experience. I stayed in the car with younger children. My friend and my teenager went into the store. They were given a decent price for a half dozen and a Dozen. They decided to buy a half-dozen . After choosing the donuts my daughter was told all the donuts were different prices and the donut she picked we're going to be more than the half-dozen price. Which makes sense if you knew that ahead of time. We ended up not getting donuts. The whole process was frustrating. Also the parking situation is limited at this location. I will next time go with my friend suggestion of Krispy Kreme even though it means driving from Mountlake Terrace to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I went there 10/21/18 with my daughter to try a new donut place and got a 1/2 dozen. She picked them. The price listed was $5.50. The donuts were pretty good. They seemed really fresh. Also the selection was poor. They only had 6 different kinds. And 4 were the same kind of donut just a different shape or frosting. I'm an old fashion type of guy or an apple fritter maybe an long-john with cream. But they had 6 chocolate or caramel OF, Sorry not on an old fashion. You can't always judge a place by one...
