Frequent customer at MLT location. Ordered online for pickup and they said ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival they said “ 5 minutes “ which then turned into 35 minutes.
After watching the guy make my wrap, I waited 10 more minutes before my wife’s plate was made. I asked them how warm mine was still and he said “ I just made it “ which I knew not to be true after watching him make mine. Get home and they shorted me a side order of rice. Called and lady said she had no idea how to give me a credit for this but Ali the manager would call me. No call for two days so I leave message for him at other location, still no call nor refund. Two employees that night had zero personality and looked like angry souls.
Kofta wrap had fair amount of gristle and wife stated the Shwarma wasn’t as good as past experiences .
We are now not frequent customers and will be going to Gyro Sababa near Costco Shoreline for Mediterranean food now, much better experience and food to be honest.
Very disappointing after enjoying this place for years but when the manager doesn’t care, who’s left to care?
FOLLOW UP TO PREVIOUS REVIEW:
I received a call from the owner recently who took the time to not just refund the missing side order, but refunded our meal, for which I’m very grateful for although I truly just wanted the side dish refunded. Along with this he asked me to call him and we had a very pleasant conversation about what happened and he is taking corrective action. He expressed true concern about our experience and was very thankful for the feedback. So with this, we will give them another try. He also asked for a follow up call with our next experience, how many owners do that these days? That shows real concern which we...
Read moreAfter hearing the raving reviews about their Mediterranean food I had to try this place and it did not disappoint! The place is more of a casual sit down with a few tables and chairs and you order at the front and pay at the end. I ordered the Gyro Sandwich which came with a hefty serving of meat, lettuce, tzakiki sauce on a pita bread and it was a lot of food for me, especially for $9. My mom got the kabob plate which came with a generous portion of beef kabobs which were surprisingly very well made, tender and the spices were so well balanced. The plate also came with a lot of chicken pieces marinated really well and the rice on the side was also quite flavorful and a small greek salad. Well worth the money for around $12! We also ordered the Greek Fries which came out with lots of feta cheese and some thin yogurt sauce. I was expecting more of a garlic sauce and feta cheese but this was more on the lighter side and the crinkle cut fries were very well cooked and not dripping with the oil at all. Overall, delicious and a must try! I would definitely come back for the kabobs and to try more items. The staff here was also welcoming and patient while we decided on what to order and served our food right to our table even though its a casual...
Read moreI used to order from this place like twice a week, but recently they've been backsliding on their customer service and the quality of their food. I placed an order online for the Mix Kabob plate which comes with a side of salad and a side of rice. I requested hummus instead of salad because the cucumbers and tomatoes they use aren't fresh. The tomatoes are prepped too early and saved overnight, so when I order in the morning, the tomatoes are saturated in their own juices, soft, pulpy, and slimy. Same with the cucumbers. They've been accommodating in the past, but when I asked for hummus instead of salad this time, they decided to give me salad anyways and omit the rice. Now, not only do I get exactly what I didn't want, but I get a double portion of it instead of having rice on the side at all. I view the reception of a double portion of salad with mealy tomatoes to be a symbolic expression that states "You want hummus instead of salad? Order somewhere else." Alright. Will do.
They also gave me a piece of pita bread, which is nice. Maybe I'll dip it in my...
