So many red flags: Broth is very fatty. They didn’t do a good job separating the fat from the broth. The noodles were cooked waaaay too early and they were stuck with each other, and even the hot broth couldn’t separate them Banh mi with a tiny filling and mostly bread gave us stomach ache. I think they store precooked food for a long time in the fridge. There were only 2 people working, but the menu was quite big. So I am guessing they have many precooked and frozen food. Nothing was fresh. Believe me, I know what was freshly prepared and what was not The sauces on the tables were almost empty and the bottles and jars were very dirty. They didn’t have any customers when we came, so I think they just don’t care about the customers . I would understand if they were super busy and didn’t have time to refill the jars and bottles When some other customers left and they cleaned the table right away and took the dirty dishes to the kitchen and just rinsed them very quickly. For one, the floor was disgusting, it looked like it had not been mopped in 10 years. Secondly, they are shiesty with the food, I ordered a pork noodle dish, they sprinkled less than a palm full of pork in it and it was all fat clumps. Service was absolute crap, and I ordered a bubble tea and it tasted just aweful. It was half melted and tasted like that pink antibiotic stuff. I gave it back after taking a sip and said I did not want it. When we came to pay the check (which we shouldn't have) she was charging us for the gross drink I didn't want. When I confronted her she said I took a drink of it so I had to pay. I am like, Obviously this bit*h doesn't know how customer service works. She did make me a different one, which was a bit better. Ordered a medium chicken Pho ($7.55). Asked for extra chicken (for $2) and added broccoli ($?). To-Go was .50. If the total was under $10, then a fee of .50 would have been added for paying with debit/credit card. Total= $11.00 Got home, opened it up, they punched a hole in the lid, so got a little bit messy, but no big deal. only took 2 small napkins to clean it up. Disappointed that I forgot to ask for more Hoisin sauce (Love that stuff). Find out that they have the Hoisin sauce and the spicy sauce in one container, and I can't stand spicy! So that sucks =[ Looking at my chicken, there's 13 pieces... How many would I have gotten if I didn't order extra? The chicken wasn't dry, but wasn't the moistest that I've had. Broccoli was perfect. Would have like more Hoisin sauce though......
