Caribbean Cravings — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

This is the only Caribbean stall in the Fairgrounds Farmer's Market. I (obviously) ordered their ox tail entree with a side of rice and mac & cheese. The ox tail were the most tender I've had in this city so far. The rice was decent but I was slightly disappointed by their mac & cheese. It wasn't the elbow pasta that I'm used to (I believe it was penne) nor was it as yellow and gooey as I like it but it wasn't bad overall. Also, they give you a side of beans to go with your meal and they were delicious. I'll definitely give this spot another try when I go back...

Got the oxtail and mac and cheese. First off, I've never been a big fan of mac and cheese but the flavor and texture of this was amazing! So much more complex and tasty than normal mac n cheese. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu, and they even provided sample sizes for tasting, which was a great touch. The food is authentic and delicious.
