China House — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

I wish i could give this place a better review because their food is pretty good depending on the day or maybe even cooks, but the way the one lady answers the phone is just unbelievable. Ive ordered from this place for almost 10 years, but ive stopped only for the reason of this extremely rude lady. Ive even ordered from them after they harrassed me (my cousin was ordering food from my phone because she doesnt have her phone and now a days who has house phones, so i let her use mine and she said she was going to pick it up when she left well turns out she didnt it was wrong of her yes but thats not my fault. I went in and demanded to speak to the owner because what the lady did was so out of line she went as far as to text me and say im poor and what not and im not the person to do those things i usually just ignor it and move on with my life but i couldnt this time. She insisted in dealing with it and i kept telling her im not here to speak to you im done dealing with you where is your boss well turns out she was scared and her boss didnt even speak English so of course i had to go through her and of course not knowing if she was even translating what I was saying correctly or translating in her own version, but anyway long story short they apologized she started acting nice. Ive moved on because again im not the one to let it get to me im a very understanding forgivable person.) Well i ordered a couple times after that and shes still rude over the phone but whatever, but when i got my beef and broccoli the smell of the beef was soooo off and when i tasted it it had such a weird taste like it was old so i had everyone who was at me house taste/smell it and they all felt the same and thats literally what i always order, so i havent ordered from this...

Very rude and disrespectful. I'm doing a job in the rendners plaza in Hamburg. I called for delivery, when he asked for the address I asked if he knew where this was. I told him I didn't have the exact address and before I could finish my sentence he hung up on me, when I called back and asked why he hung up, he hung up again. I called again to ask to speak to the boss. He said he was the boss and proceeded to y'all at me for not having the address granted I was going to get it originally. I spoke in a calm matter the whole time until he got an attitude with me. Very rude owner.. horrible human being and does not deserve to run a business. They are not even 1 star worthy...i love some of their food but the service sucks ...theyll say 45 mins i just got my food 2 hours late cold and my cold 2 liter of coke was warm..i requested a refund and they pick the food back up ...i do not have a car hence i ordered delivery...but they refused to replace the cold food and hot 2 liter or refund my cash they got rude with me and my husband...u have a 10 year old autistic child who is hungry and now i have to figured out how to appease him when i spent my last 22 dollars on the food...they repeatedly hung up on me and my husband...im calling the better business bureau...thats false advertisement refusal to refund on an order not delivers on time and...
