The store manager Skye is truly one of the kindest young woman that I have met in a very long time. And I like to also say that Gage a manager at this location also is absolutely so pleasant outgoing and friendly. When you walk in this T-Mobile location you automatically feel welcomed a pleasant happy warm atmosphere. And at this particular location which is close to me sometimes I feel guilty but call on a T-Mobile Tuesday and ask Skye or Gage is there a way that they could maybe help me get the free item for the Tuesday of the week because sometimes I'm not able to physically do to health problems always get there. And they go above and beyond to make sure that I get my T-Mobile Tuesday item. Skye and Gage work so hard making sure that I'm able to get the item and it makes me feel so appreciate as a customer and it touches my heart that they go out of their way that much for me. To some people a small free item might mean nothing . But to me a T-Mobile Tuesday free gifts put a smile on my face . I've been with T-Mobile for about a year now and I've had the best cell service I've not once had to call and complain at all about anything when it comes to my cell phone service they're absolutely an amazing company and great connection and to have a local T-Mobile store treat you as if you're a family member and go out of their way to put a smile on your face is something to be said .So kudos to T-Mobile and all their staff on 5th Street highway and to the company and to all the other staff at other locations thank you to all from me for doing such an excellent job and putting a smile on my face I would highly recommend going to this T-Mobile location they will help you with anything they will help you with the best phones that are on the market and get you the best rate plans I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied I know I'm a number one fan...
Read moreHoping this catches the attention of someone who can straighten this out for us before too much time has passed We went to the T-Mobile store 1/22. We decided to switch from ATT to T-Mobile. We were told we’d be getting new iphone 13s for 4 with a trade in, that T-Mobile would pay off what we owe to ATT, and that we would be paying $160/mo with all promotions, senior discount, and taxes included. We spent FOUR HOURS in the store sorting everything out. The following days after having to call customer service we learned that EVERYTHING we were promised was inaccurate. They says T-Mobile would only pay off the phones from ATT and we would be responsible for paying for 4 phones we got by trading in the ATT phones which means we traded in our old phones and we’ll still have to pay for the new phones which would make the month bill over $300. Or we pay the money we owe to ATT and they honor the trade in promo but our bill will still come out to $250 which is $100 more than they told us. We went back to the store and the manager who sold us the phones told us to come back when her manager was in and she would make sure they honored what they told us when we bought the phones but the three times she told us, we showed up, and her manager wasn’t there. We really need to get this sorted out. Had we known things would change so drastically after the service was turned on we wouldn’t have switched right now because as we told the manager SEVERAL times, we can only afford it the way it was presented to us the first and second time we came into the store before purchasing the...
Read moreThe store is not well-kept to begin with. There was no greeting when I walked in, and they were clearly understaffed. Employees openly voiced that they wanted to go home and didn’t want to be there, constantly complaining when a customer came in. They openly mentioned that they didn’t want to stay past 8 o'clock or leave late. If you only intend to stay open until a certain time, you should close the door earlier to prevent customers from coming in at 7 PM when you close at 8 PM. I believe all of this is due to how understaffed they were.
They had me wait for a phone, then told me it was recalled and removed from being sold a week ago, yet they still had it on display. Shouldn't this phone have been removed?
They gave me a phone but didn’t help me install the SIM card or even activate it. I had to come home, do everything myself, and then call T-Mobile to activate my new SIM card. This was poor customer service in a very understaffed store. Also, please consider upgrading your store—it looks very disheveled and dirty.
I understand that at the end of the day, everyone wants to go home—I get it. But we pay for this service with our money and time, and the least we deserve is good service. Keep in mind what you say in front of customers; the store exists for a reason, and it allows you to have a job. It’s your responsibility to open and close the store properly and to tend to customers.
Will never go...
