Pretty disappointed in the service this time around. I normally can't be bothered to leave a review for minor things, but this visit was appalling. I arrived last night at around 10:05, noticing a small line at the order machine in the drive through. It took about 2 minutes for the first car to pull forward, and then the truck in front of me waited about 7 minutes before finally placing an order. By this time, there were a good bit of cars behind us. I was fortunate to only have to wait 4 minutes before finally being asked for my order. A part of me wondered if everything was being made fresh, and it seemed they were handling each customer one at a time - order to payment to delivery. A glance through the windows of the place and seeing a few employees in the dining area conversing. I spent about 7 minutes behind the truck in front of me until he was served.
Once I got to the window, I waited about 4 minutes to pay, and then another 5 to receive my food. I figured "Hey, at least I will hot, fresh food." The burgers were great thankfully, but the fries we ordered tasted like they were microwaved. Literally luke warm and soggy. Not one of them was crispy. I couldn't be bothered to ask for a new batch out of fear of waiting any longer. MY wife and I ate our food quick in the parking lot on the way out, and noticed in the time it took us to eat, not one car had been served yet. Bless those people. No apologies, no consideration toward the customers at all. This was probably my worst Wendy's experience. I am hoping that you will see this, and consider the management in position that night. Read moreWent through the drive-through told them we had a mobile order supposedly they did not hear us say it so we went inside waited for over 20 minutes. The manager then came out and told us that we couldn't use our screenshot so we weren't allowed to have our mobile order so we came back out in the car ordered a mobile order again then went through the drive-through and they are so ignorant and rude Almost every single employee, including the manager is a very rude ignorant person. The manager should not be there managing that store the younger girl that was there was the worst with her attitude at the drive-through window and the cashier girl so whoever was working on Friday night April 25 was very ignorant and rude. I would like to be able to talk to a higher up person. If they don't like their job, tell him to go find a new one because they sure as hell don't know how to do customer service and neither does the manager. Also, my DIL did show the manager the mobile app and she made her close it and then she couldn't open it back up so then that's when the manager came out very rude telling her that we didn't place a mobile order. I think you need to hire some new Staff with better attitudes. We would've been happily trying to fix the issue without the disrespectful mess and the rudeness and when my DIL and my son started walking out of the restaurant the manager looked at them and said good luck with that so that to me she should be fired. Read moreWorst service ever. The cashier was slow at taking orders, She was talking with her co workers who were just standing around. She would then tip toe to pick up the fries and everything else. I thought there was something wrong with her. A customer informed her that there were no spoons available. When she comes out to put out spoons she slips and falls on the floor. I walked over and saw so much water on the floor from the soda machine. There was not even a sign for safety. She gets up walks away. When i looked at her shoes she was not wearing non slip shoes . she was wearing Jordan sneakers. She continues to have the man waiting for a spoon, i am waiting for my food, others are waiting to place their order. She then carries on about how no one helped her up when she fell. Ahhhh! no people asked if you needed help you were very upset so they stood at a distance. Customers were coming and going without placing an order because she was upset and was not doing her job. She then kept on talking about her fall and other personal issues. Total time in ordering my food and having it handed to me 45 minutes. Let me not forget to mention the burger bun was hard, burger was dry dry dry, cold and the fries were burnt and to add to my frustration the salad i asked for and paid for was not available anddddddd the soda was flat.
