Update 12/4/23: Everything has improved here! I get utensils now with every take out order, a few napkins (usually more than the 2 I got today), the cashiers are always ready to hand you your pickup order and the chips have been spot on for a year now. Now I just wish they’d regularly put down wood chips by the side door since it’s muddy there (or pave it or install garden stones for longer lasting results).
Update 1/11/23: Better chips since my last review (consistent), they finally figured out how to make the best brisket (also consistently), but I don’t like how they don’t answer the phone until it’s rung about 20 times and my watch notified me today that the music in the dining area was over 100dB. They also now make you ask for your pickup order, but aren’t always near the register to help you in a timely manner.
I’ve gotten multiple meals from the Mukwonago Qdoba and this Wednesday the chips tasted funny, like they were cooked in old grease. I also am only able to eat the brisket as it’s gluten, dairy and sugar free, but it’s often so gnarly I can’t help but spit it out. If I’m lucky I get a patient server that will carefully choose meat for me, others race through my order as if it was an online order and I was not standing there. I also got a stain of red salsa on my jeans from the bottom of my container of salad recently, which was not due to anything in my salad. I hope this location is working towards improving their customer service and quality.
Update: They responded to my review immediately (just like all the others) and I emailed them immediately referencing my review as they requested. The automatic email said they’re behind in providing responses and it’s already 5 days late. I do know that 4 days later the chips still tasted funny, as my friend agreed and on day 5 my coworkers agreed they...
Read moreOrdered chips and queso paid $5.05 and got a little plastic cup of cheese and maybe 20 chips. The bearded gentleman argued and said I ordered a side of chips and dip. After asking to have more chips he said no. Maybe he should try to read a order correctly. I would appreciate a refund on the chips I paid for. Update now it’s been over a week and I’ve gotten no response from Qdoba at all to take care of this matter. The google ID number is a joke it sends you to a web page that doesn’t respond to you!!! I even emailed the website twice and got no response to help me resolve my issue. Very disappointed.. oh and you will NOT BE SEEING ME SOON… update now it’s been like 3 weeks and I still haven’t been compensated for there mistake. I was told certificates were mailed to me and I never received anything!! I’m so mad at how this is being handled!! I just want...
Read moreExcellent food, fast, friendly service
We go here almost weekly, and I eat at Qdoba's / Chipotle's all around the country, as I travel frequently.
This restaurant has become one of our favorite fast casual spots this past year. Food is always hot, portions are normally very, very generous (can you say 'leftovers'?) and the dining area is clean, as are the countertop sections near the soda machine.
At busy times, we have had to wait in line for five or six minutes, but the wait is worth it. Love the chips, excellent burrito bowls, the Impossible Meat is a cool new addition, and my wife goes for the Street Tacos frequently.
Servers and cashiers are usually pretty fast and knowledgeable, thus we can spend most of our time there eating and socializing vs waiting in a slow service line.
We will be back....
