Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mukwonago

I am so irritated with this taco bell I believe in giving second chances to food establishment places but this was the 2nd chance terrible just like the first. When you place an order all I can say is DOUBLE CHECK DOUBLE CHECK before left because 9 out 10 times it's wrong. They are in such a hurry to get the customers through their line that they don't even listen to the orders and it's totally frustrating then when you find your order is incorrect like I did BOTH times I've been there and you have to go in to the lobby they ignore you for about 4 minutes. I stood at the front counter no one up there everyone is at the drive thru they don't even check the front counter to see if they customers. I had to literally scream excuse me to get noticed. I mean there was 3 people on duty 🤷 so I mean they aren't really short staffed. I don't get it then the young man only came up to the counter to hand someone who had been standing and waiting on food his bag I said excuse me I came through your drive thru my order is wrong I was supposed to get a beef chapula not chicken he doesn't apologize or anything LITERALLY says absolutely nothing to me and goes back to the drive thru and yells remake a chalupa with beef. That is NOT how you handle this type of situation I run a business myself I would never be okay with my staff ignoring a customer like that. They have completely gone down hill. I always order the Grilled Chicken Cantina Bowl. They are so worried about not putting the more pricy items such as the chicken or salad that they have ruined it. The bowl is mainly rice and they don't put any of the sauce on it anymore.

I would be ok with no sauce, but they have also taken green sauce out of their line up for condiments. They gave no notice, it was just gone.

Long story short they are to concerned with keeping cost low and ruining the food for the customers and it's gross now. The service has always been bad, but with the food being pretty much a rice bowl is just to far.

Last thing you scrape your refried beans and then serve them to people and it's nasty. You have to let them rehydrate before serving on a burrito. You also scrape the rice and it is so hard it will crack a tooth. Why do I say that, because it cracked mine!

Think twice before you eat at Taco Bell...

I have given this Taco Bell 5 chances and they have screwed up every time. This place would never survive if another Taco bell was within reasonable distance (like they are in a big city). They have forgotten items twice. We were in the drive thru for (not even exaggerating) 27 minutes one time, 22 minutes another time. And last time (and it WILL be the LAST time this place gets a penny from me) they didn't bother to actually wrap the soft taco on top of everything in the bag, and put it in so the wrapper was open underneath, so as soon as I grabbed it to check the order was complete, the whole taco dumped on everything else I had ordered. I was ordering for 5 people that day, so yeah, everyone was SUPER PLEASED WITH TACO BELL (sarcasm). My town is between the two towns with Taco Bells and the one on the other side doesn't have any of these issues and they are more polite, so I will be going to Burlington for Taco Bell...
